If there's one place I do not enjoy going to it's the dentist I mean like who does , I have to say every single person that works in the office including the clerical and dental technicians and the doctor are so down to earth, easy-going and friendly, I'm embarrassed to say this, but I actually almost look forward to going to the dentist instead of going two times a year to get my teeth cleaned I go four times a year. they have the best equipment and Are just so pleasant to work with. I think every dentist and dental hygienist should come here so they can see how amazing and friendly and clean every dental office should be .

Because of intense and extensive jaw issues (surgery, etc) I have always feared going to the dentist, just because I am so worried about my jaw...but Dr. O and his staff always make me feel safe and comfortable, they are very good, the best dental care I have ever received. They also actually care about each of their patients...we aren't just a name on a bill. Dr. Okhovat treats you like a friend, he is sensitive to your needs as his patient, he never rushes you and he always checks to be sure you are comfortable. I am very happy I switched to this dental provider. I recently had a root canal that required a temporary crown, which are usually bothersome...however, the Dental Assistant there did an amazing job with my temp crown, I totally forgot it was there, it was so comfortable, perfect fit! I really love this office! They will let you come in and tour and meet everyone first before you switch over too! Very accommodating. :)

The service and atmosphere is very unique and as a patient who usually doesn't expect a good time I look forward to my visits since they are pain and guilt free. I would recommend this office for the most frightened patient.

Lie on their website and state they offer root canals. I called to make sure they accept my insurance and wanted to make an appointment and then she told me they do some but I'd have to come in for an appointment and get "referred out". I already went somewhere else and got a referral but they won't tell you where to go. She told me I'd have to pay in cash or just call around. Such a scam. Why advertise root canals if you are just going to take their money and tell them to go find someone that can do it after you charge for X-rays???

Our retired dentist was perfect so this new dentist doesn't quite measure up. There is a friendly atmosphere, dentist and technicians explain everything They use the latest in equipment and techniques, but are still a Delta Dental preferred provider.

I had a very rare root canal situation and I should have had to see a specialist to have it taken care of, but Dr.Okhovat handled it no problem! Wonderful staff and one of the nicest offices I've ever been in. Thanks again to Roseville Topsmiles!

Michelle is the BEST at cleanings! And Dr Okhovat is a fantastic dentist. Prior to Dr Okhovats office, I had severe dental anxiety. They are so gentle and do not do any unnecessary procedures. They thoroughly explain everything, including options for next steps. I am so thankful I found this team and recommend them to anyone needing dental care! I no longer have ANY dentist office anxiety and don't stress about cleanings or care.

I was referred through my family because of my tooth pain. I had the worst fear of someone touching my teeth due to sensitivity and not keeping up on my dental health. Dr.okhovat and and treatment coordinator were so amazing. The Dr was so patient and very thorough with making sure that we took care of my pain first and let me make the decision on what I wanted to do first with the extensive need of my overall oral health, while considering financial part. Never once pushy! Front desk was very sweet and helpful! Thank you team Top Smiles

Beyond disappointmented. Came in for appointment to find we have a $900 bill that accumulated all of 2021. We will No longer be using this dentist office.
