Thats what happened to my son yesterday and blamed him for being not cooperative with them. They offer to put my son on anesthesia for $1500 but no one admitted for mistake that they pinch my 5 year old lip..Disappointed and would stay away from this place

The doctors here are amazing with my kids. They are patient and understanding and handled my kids' anxiety perfectly. You're missing out if you don't check them out.

We initially took our 3 year old son to another dentist who told us he needed two root canals, multiple fillings and two crowns- all of this with NO X-rays. I wanted a second opinion- so made an appointment here. The staff was incredibly nice- Great with my son and the treatment plan is SO much better! He got X-rays and the dentist actually sat down with me and talked about an action plan- so I felt included in the care. Take your kids here! And beware of dentists who try to make money off of your childrens' mouths!

Our experience with this office couldn't be worse. My 6 years old daughter got two crowns installed, two teeth extracted and two space maintainer installed in addition to some fillings. First of all they over charged us at the beginning and when I discussed it with them per the pre-determination form, after a few calls they accepted they mistake and corrected the charge. One of the space maintainer fell the next week after installation. The other space maintainer was buried in the gum very bad which caused the gum to swell, bleed and get infected. They didn't even fix the fallen space maintainer, nor the other one. They gave us an appointment more than a month far. We had to go to another dentist to fix it, because it was really in a bad condition. The white crown they have put on one of front teeth is really contrast from the other teeth and sticks out creating a very unpleasant look. I would give them negative star if it was possible. I really don't understand why people have rated them 4.7???

Our son has had trouble going to the dentist in the past, and unfortunately we had to do some sedation dentistry in order for him to get his procedures done, but Dr. Jordan and staff made the whole process as smooth as possible! I highly recommend! Thank you so much.

I just love Dr. Jordan Priestley at Roseville Kids Dentist. Both him and his dental assistant Alley made my daughter's visit so comfortable. I thought for sure during her first visit she wasn't going to even open her mouth for them. I've struggled getting her to let me brush her teeth. They were caring, friendly and fun! She had a great experience. They really know how to work with children and make you feel like your child is getting the best care and also have a great experience. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be scary. They make it interesting and fun. It's also comforting to know they are great parents too. Highly recommend their practice.

We love coming to Roseville Kids! The entire team is super positive, friendly and gets the job done. We've tried several other children's dentists in the area and are the happiest with Roseville Kids.

We always have an amazing experience and the staff is extremely great with the kids. We have been seeing them since they opened and before that we went to their Rocklin location. I highly recommend them for your kids dentist.

One would expect empathy to be analogous to "Kids Dentistry". Not here. Look elsewhere. My daughter saw Dr. Jordan Priestley this morning for several fillings. A challenging undertaking, no doubt but I'm ashamed that I let this race car driver work on my child. Zoom Zoom The "work" is not in question here but rather the "bed side manner" certainly is. A TV in the ceiling, stickers and toys don't make up for the inability to make an effort to have your junior patients comfortable - rather than threatening or dismissing your patients as they cry in pain, not seeking to isolate or remediate that which is painful - "we have to keep going or we have to put you to sleep" - A threat plain and simple, one of many. How does that calm someone? Even an adult? Imagine how that relieves anxiety? I can't. Not once did Dr. Jordan Priestley ask what hurts? Can I adjust something? My child is comfortable going to the dentist - or was. This was the third dentist trip for fillings. The first - a smaller cavity done without the need for numbing - not a tear. The second at an adult dentist - some tears during the injection but pretty good during the procedure. Here at a "Kids Dentist" with gas - just a wreck, the opposite of expectations. Never seen my child is such pain AND such a lack of empathy in a dentist - not slowing down a second to get with the patient and earn their trust and confidence. The feeling in this facility is hurry up and get it done and move on - seemed to be some pressing need to hurry and get 'er done - and not like part of the procedure which some steps might need to be done in timely but thought just pressing on without the slightest interest to accommodate the patient. At the conclusion of the procedure Dr. Jordan Priestley puts all the responsibility on the child. Yep that's it next time kock 'em out - "blah blah anxiety blah blah" - with little regard that the root of the anxiety stems from a total lack of empathy . Not that he tried to accomplish too much in one setting or did not care to adjust some of the clamps or apparatus or to just s l o w d o w n. Hey - It's not a race. In no uncertain terms I do not recommend Dr. Jordan Priestley as a "Kids Dentist". I will be making the three hour trip back to the Bay Area to our previous dentist for the remainder of the work.
