A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Dr. Harry E. Rosenstein completed a post-doctoral specialty program in prosthodontics at Eastman Dental Center/University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He also served a residency in maxillofacial prosthetics at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Since 1986, Dr. Rosenstein has been providing high-quality prosthodontic care to patients in the Albany area. He regularly attends continuing education courses to stay current on advances in dental technology. Recognized as an expert in his field, he lectures frequently on prosthodontics, and serves on the faculty at St. Peters Hospital in Albany. He has also published numerous articles in dental publications.

I have seen Dr. Rosenstein for approximately 6 years now. I have had complex dental issues since 1999. During the time of 1999 to 2016 I had seen many dentists, oral & maxillofacial surgeons and had endless root canals, crowns, and permanent bridges etc. My issues weren't from neglecting my oral care, but due health issues and loss of bone. 8 years prior to becoming his patient I spent $50k in 4 visits to a well known dental company try to find a permanent solution to my oral issues, only to discover the work they performed on my mouth was bound to fail. Dr. Rosenstein is a very compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, and honestly cares for his patients and takes pride in perfection and patient satisfaction. I have had so many complements on how beautiful my teeth are and how great it was to see my smile again. His office staff are always professional, polite and personable. You couldn't ask for a more dedicated staff, very supportive and just as caring and diligent in taking care of the patient's questions, needs or concerns. I thank you all for everything you have done for me, above and beyond expectations.

The office is very welcoming and friendly. The staff is very personable, great first impression. Dr Rosenstein was very thorough with the treatment plan options, great place to be!! And they had a cancellation, we got in sooner. Hope to see them next week

Dr Rosenstein is the best I've experienced in over 20 years ,,he has the professional knowledge to deal with patients like me that did not seek high quality dentists before. And his staff are also courteous and professional as well . Very understanding.

Dr. Rosenstein and his staff are simply amazing! As a very anxious patient, he put me at ease. From the moment I made my appointment to walking out the door, everyone was courteous, professional, and extremely caring. The waiting room was inviting, and the treatment room was immaculate and well set up. Easy parking too. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!
