Well I had some unfortunate life events happen to me and I was not given even the slightest bit of care and understanding as far as humility is concerned. When my insurance was no longer fitting the bill, and I had to come out of pocket on my own Dr. Rosenburgs TRUE colors came about. He is only concerned with payment, and all niceties on his behalf only came when I finally was paid in full. He was curt, abrasive, and down right rude when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. HE SHOWED ZERO CONCERN, OR COMPASSION. If I had not already gone so far along with him in the process I would have gone else where. No one should be treated like a piece of garbage from an arrogant and self righteous doctor.

The lack of communication regarding appointments, payments and overall feel of being a customer instead of a patient is extremely frustrating. I will not be bringing my 2nd child here .

AMAZING!!! Highly recommend. I went to Rosenberg Orthodontics 18 years ago for braces then a few years later my oldest daughter got expanders/ braces, 2 years later my second daughter got expanders at age 10-11 and then braces on at 13 and now I plan to bring my 7 year old son soon for expanders. Unfortunately, my family has narrow mouths but, the experience with this office is 100% professional, they take pride in their work and care about each patient!

Dr Rosenberg and his team are some of the most welcoming professional I have ever encountered. During my 2 years there his staff has been very nice through this process of getting braces as an adult. And at every appointment Dr Rosenberg always greets me and helps answer all my questions. Even during this pandemic his team takes all necessary precautions buts keeps there same professional and kind attitude throughout. I would highly recommend him for your orthodontic needs.

I don't think they understand that customer service can make or break a company and the experience of their customers. The staff is very unprofessional and the receptionists are extremely rude. If you look at the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had issues with the front desk and have been angrily told that an error made was my fault and not theirs. I would not recommend Dr. Rosenberg's offices to anyone.

Let me start this review by saying that Dr. Rosenberg is rude and narcissistic and I would never recommend him to anyone. Started off my appointment on a high note. Great COVID precautions being taken at the office and the lovely assistant was so friendly. My experience with everyone in the office with the exception of Dr. Rosenberg was extremely positive. The assistant explained everything that would happen during my new patient appointment very clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the moment Dr. Rosenberg stepped foot in the exam room, everything went downhill. We had forced small talk before he started to take a look at my teeth. While performing the examination he asked "They don't have orthodontists where you grew up?" I could tell he was trying to joke with me, but as a 25 year old stepping foot in the orthodontist for the first time, I was very self conscious about my teeth and didn't find it funny. He continued the exam and the first thing he said when he was done was that I'd need oral surgery and said that I had a "very tough case" as he pointed to his clip board where he had written "very tough case" in large letters. Okay, fine, I knew that this was going to be tough going into this exam. Next thing, he starts immediately talking about pricing. I no longer felt like a patient, I felt like part of a transaction and I was just a way for him to make more money. While explaining my treatment plan to me, he stated "let's be honest, you look better with you mouth closed." I knew right then and there that they would not be getting my business. Continuing on in the conversation, he now says "well, surgery is an option, but you probably won't choose that." Okay, I'm confused as to why you told me up front that I'd NEED surgery and then tell me that it's an option that I probably wouldn't choose. Seems to be a little confusing. He threw in a few more "this is a very tough case" comments as he went on explaining my options. At the end, I told him I'd go home and think about my options and his response was "I don't know if your dentist didn't realize you needed orthodontics or if your parents just didn't care to get you the help you needed, but someone dropped the ball here". I'm sorry, but do you really think that you're going to get patients by shaming them and making them feel bad? There's a major difference between being blunt and being rude. No amount of schooling, degrees, or experience gives anyone the right to treat someone like this.

Since the pandemic started, I have been terrified to leave my house but last week I had a dental emergency that required visiting Dr. Rosenberg. I was so thankful for how attentive he and his staff were, and for all of the COVID-related precautions that they put in place. They have always been so considerate, and their attention to every last detail with regard to taking extra safety measures really put my worries to rest during my visit.

Have three kids so very familiar with bringing kids to the orthodontists. The work is good, the office is nice. Where it breaks down is for whatever reason the appointments made at Newington are always getting messed up with follow ups. The reseponst upset my wife a few time insisting it was her mistake and have booked me at other locations without telling me. Another small issue is they have classic video games at the locations that the kids love, but usually only 1/3 is ever working.
