Roseberry Family Dental is a modern, state-of-the-art practice offering Phillipsburg area patients a full-range of general and cosmetic dental services, from routine check-ups to complete smile makeovers. Drs. Baldo & McGuinness practice conservative, proactive dentistry utilizing the latest in dental technology. Your comfort is always a primary concern.
Dr. McGuinness received her dental degree in 2013 from Virginia Commonwealth University (formally the Medical College of Virginia) School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. After completing her general practice residency at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA , she returned to her hometown of Phillipsburg to work for Roseberry Family Dental, which she had been a patient of growing up. Dr. McGuinness enjoys spending time with family and friends, spin class, traveling, and Virginia Tech football (her alma mater)- Go Hokies!
Dr. McGuinness is a part of the American Dental Association and New Jersey Dental Association. She also participates in a Spear Study Club along with other local dentists and specialists to hone her skills.
Jessica is an RDH. She has been with our practice since November 2003. She attended Pleasant Valley High School and Northampton Community College. She lives in PA with her husband, twin boys and daughter. You can visit her for a cleaning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays.
Carla has been a Dental Hygienist with Roseberry since January 2016. She graduated from Pius X High School and received her RDH degree from Northampton Community College. She lives in Bangor with her two kids, Rena and Rowan.
Elaine has been with the practice since the beginning! She is a certified member of the Dental Assisting National Board for almost 30 years. She enjoys bird watching and loves nature. She lives in Saylorsburg, PA with her husband John and black lab.
Heidi joined the Roseberry staff in January 2000. She wears double hats as business administrator and chairside assistant. She and her husband, son and daughter live in Bethlehem Township. She enjoys scrap-booking and spending time with family and friends.
Amy is an RDH who joined the practice in 2007. She completed her degree at NCC in 1990. She is a Bethlehem, PA native now residing in Hellertown, PA. Her hobbies include reading about health, wellness and essential oils, travel, theatre and Broadway shows, and cooking.
Juliet is a R.D.H. who joined our staff in 2012. She has a genuine interest in teaching her patients about the oral-systemic link and the importance of good oral hygiene. She is a proud NJ native and graduated from Middlesex County College. In her free time she enjoys traveling, curling up with a good book or seeing a Broadway show.
Penny has been in the dental field for over 25 years. The first 15 years were in the United States Navy. She has done dentistry in tents on ships and mobile dental trailers. She is happily married to her husband Michael and have two sons. She works as a dental assistant and also orders dental supplies for the practice.
Jackie has been with our practice since April 2008. She started working in the dental field as an assistant in 1998. She has been a front desk coordinator for the past 12 years. She lives in Kunkletown and enjoys gardening and is a nature lover.

i have been coming to roseberry family dental for years now and it's always a great experience. I love my hygienist Jess who is gentle and friendly. Dr. baldo is great..he once came in on his day off for me! Highly recommend!

The front office staff are professional and courteous. The hygienist and dentist we saw recently were both knowledgeable, professional and patient during our visit. The office is clean and the overall appearance was typical of most standard dental offices. I have not dealt with the billing department yet but I am satisfied with our experience thus far and would recommend this dental office to others.

I love the staff here! Jackie at the front desk is quick and efficient! Wonderful to have a smiling face with quick information. Penny and Elaine are fantastic and help me feel at ease. Dr McGuinness is an absolute Magician and my teeth are better than they have ever been, highly recommend for all of yout dental needs!

Don't get your vaneers here!! I consistently lose at least two-three every year! They love it because they charge me every time! And they are about 1000$ each. They fall out even when I'm not eating!! They are rude when I've complained. I've since gone to another dentist! Go at your own risk! Just sayin

This dental office is much more expensive than other office's. Example: Fillings are $325 for ONE filling, Every other dentist I've been to is near 200.00. Plus Consultation FEES this place is outrageous!!!
