Definitely find a different dentist. This establishment is very unprofessional. I had multiple appointments that they would book the day before and then leave the office 2 minutes after the appointment is scheduled. They close whenever they want and also will text you from one of their personal iPhones to let you know they left the office. I'm still yet to get a cleaning and now they are telling me I can't be a patient there anymore because I was 10 minutes late to an appointment for a cleaning. Don't waste your time. This place deserves the stars it is rated.

I have very unpleasant experience with Dr Rose office. Wasn't satisfied with the service and decided to go to a different dentist. Someone in her office decided to turn over into collections $50 broken appointment fees for an appointment that had passed over 12 months and after which I had several appointment and i had paid every penny of the copay. Also they decided to add $150 that was supposed to be covered by my insurance to the collections. To be fair in my review, the medical service is acceptable but my negative experience stems mostly from the administrative staff! Left several messages for Dr Rose and I even went to the office to let her know what happened but they ignored! Had no option but to pay or my credit score will be negatively affected. I paid it although it's very unfair. Sharing my experience hoping non of her customers go through this.

I needed an emergency appointment due to extreme pain due to a broken tooth. They got me in on a saturday which I was very thankful for and the front desk staff was great. However, the whole visit was a waste of time. Took X-Rays and then told me that I would have to have a root canal or extraction. She did nothing for me except write me a prescription for pain and antibiotics. Do not waste your time and money. Took me an hour to get there from where I was for an appointment that lasted 20 minutes. Now I'm $116 dollars poorer and still in pain until monday.

I love Dr. Satterfield and her staff! They have been so kind and caring with me while going through extensive dental work. Dr. Satterfield has made sure the procedures I have had done are affordable. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Wonderful office staff. But, appointment was a waste of time and $68. Dr Satterfield wanted to give me a root canal. I went to Danville Dental and the tooth was successfully filled and saved. She wanted to give me a bridge when i inquired of an implant for a missing tooth. Danville Dental is able to implant without affecting other teeth. I need an extraction - she doesn't do extractions. Save yourself time and money and avoid this dentist unless you need simple fillings or a cleaning.

Rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Had the nerve to say something rude twice to my 2 year old son because he slid a chair.who does she think she really is? She will never get another dime of my money!!!

Amazing office!!!! The dentist and hygienists are so nice. They are very accommodating when it comes to services and payments. Even let my young toddler tour office to get used to dentist.
