I love this place!!! I first went in 2012 and got braces and get them off in 2013. I have had my permanent retainer in for 9 years. It fell off about a month ago and they were able to get me in so fast! Way faster than my now current dentist. I drove from Indiana and they were so kind and helpful. The dentist even told me that my teeth still looked great and that my retainer was not necessary but that he would reattach it free of charge. If I had gone to my current dentist, they would have made me pay $180 at least. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is so friendly and I can tell they enjoy their jobs. I have only had positive experiences going there.

I love going to Dr. Rose. All the staff are very nice. The price is very reasable.

I have to say overall this is a lovely facility (the Watseka location), very clean & orderly. They have some of the best prices when it comes to braces & while the price is great it isn't at the cost of losing quality. My only issue that once the braces are actually put on & they are going to go over care procedures they NEED TO INCLUDE THE CHILD'S PARENT FOR THIS we are spending thousands of dollars for these braces we deserve & need to be included in after care instructions as Not all kids actually listen, ESPECIALLY after sitting for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to have the braces put on, not complaining about the time it took at all, some kids are so ready to be out they just nod & agree to get it over with quickly. With having said that I have no other complaints aside of lack of communication with the parents. I think they need to remember they are dealing with many children NOT adults. Hopefully this helps them to maybe make some changes.

extremely long wait times. I will start off by saying the doctors themselves are fantastic. However or the ladies in the back back spend a lot of time talking back-and-forth about things that maybe should be discussed on breaks

Everyone has been very nice and professional to us. My daughter is in and out in less than 20 minutes almost every single visit. Her teeth have come along way and I just got my next girl in line for a consultation. I love Watseka Rose.

Rude front desk ladies, the women in the back would go through papers to see who they wanted first, I personally always waited no less than 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time since they liked to pick and choose. Wouldn't listen when I had concerns/questions. Would not recommend

However or the ladies in the back back spend a lot of time talking back-and-forth about things that maybe should be discussed on breaks and not in front of impressionable children. I showed up early to my child's appointment in hopes of avoiding waiting 30+minutes before being seen. And they seemed annoyed and told my children that it won't get them seeing any faster. I understand that there are one offs, and that some days are busier than others but this has been a consistent thing. We drive 4 hours round trip to be seen be seen only to spend another hour or 2 here I have always paid the whole bill upfront for both kids,I just don't understand why we can't be seen at our actual appointment time or within 15 minutes even. Our appointment was at 2:30 and its currently 3:18 and they have not been seated in a chair!

On my 2nd kid with braces! The Doc, Assistants and Front Desk ladies have been wonderful! We will definitely be calling when it's time for #3 too Thank You

The workers are very friendly , nobody was rude, the orthodontist seems like he care a lot about my children teeth and he was nice too, I highly recommend this dentist office I never been to a place and everyone was sooo friendly

He (Dr. Rose) was extremely condescending and rude to me every single visit, instead of listening to my concerns and helping. I have had nothing but problems here. I've had to get braces multiple times, permanent retainers taken out because they made my teeth crooked, etc. I would not recommend.

I drive from Lafayette to get my braces . It has saved me over half of what it would of cost other places . Everyone is great ! I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with them .

They don't have a sign saying put your papers on the bottom of the list so ppl like me have to wait an hour just in the waiting chair Bc other ppl out there paper in top

Dr. Rose was awesome and is great with kids! He spent a good amount of time talking to us and was very sensitive to my daughter's insecurities about her teeth. We are so excited to start working with his practice to build a beautiful smile for my beautiful girl!
