Cindy has been at this office for over seven years. She is passionate about getting to know her patients and treating them with respect and gentleness. Courtney is the first person to greet our patients with her warm and infectious smile. She works hard to ensure a smooth insurance process and a wonderful dental experience for our patients at Rose Family Dentistry.
Demetra Dee Abbey is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience. She deeply values and treasures her patients and treats them with the utmost care. Originally from South Carolina, Dee met her husband and moved to Burlington about 30 years ago. She and her husband have a son and reside in Graham. She is actively involved in her church and loves to visit the mountains.
Dr. Charly gives her patients the time they need to decide and prepare themselves to improve their oral health. With her compassion and love for her craft as a dentist, Dr. Charly loves to see kids grow with healthy smiles and the elderly free from pain and eating difficulties.
Great Family Dentist Atmosphere, everyone was nice and very knowledgeable and skillful with their jobs and Dr. Rose was excellent in Smoothing a filling out that had been bothering me that another dentist had put in.
Very professional, no waiting, Great cleaning with discussion concerning new needs, without pressure to fix right now. Really liked Dr. Causey and hated he retired, but grateful that he took the time to find someone to replace him that keeps his high standards.

Dr. Charly Rose established Rose Family Dentistry in January 2021. She took over the practice of Dr. Larry Causey of Causey Family Dentistry. Dr. Causey has served the Graham community for almost 40 years. Following the steps of Dr. Causey, our dental practice remains family-oriented and invests our time in creating meaningful and lasting relationships with our patients and their families.

They use to text you a couple of days before my appointment to remind me of it. Now I have gotten 5 text from them. It is overkill. I also went in the other day and they nothing but Christian music playing. If I have to seat through that again I can just find another dentist!

Dr. Rose and her staff are first rate! Had an emergency come up and they worked me in the same day, came up with a plan and had me on my way with my problem resolved. What a great personality Dr. Rose has, always upbeat, friendly and treats you with much respect, and Cindy is simply the best at what she does! I would highly recommend these folks for all your dental needs. Oh, and they play great music too!
