This office is wonderful! Brought my daughter to see Dr. Penman and he treated her with so much patience! After seeing the wonderful hands my daughter was in, I made myself an appointment with the general doctor, Dr. Phan. She works fast and made sure I was always comfortable. The front staff is super friendly, they make you feel more like friends than patients. This is a fantastic office and I will be sending my whole family to them!

I'm gonna keep this short. Some front staff rude. Just not helpful of friendly. Made to felt as though I was an inconvenience. It's awkward when they sigh deep then call you over. Professionalism - stars for that. Felt rushed in my initial cleaning, probably shouldn't go to a pediatric dentist as an adult. That's on me I guess :/ Felt discriminated against. Only black patient in a predominantly Hispanic office. Again, awkward vibes. Felt out of place the whole time. Weird stares, front girls whispering after I walk away. My son liked the dentist though. Said he was funny. Go if you want, it's your mouth and time. Will not be going back, do not recommend.

Great Dental Office. Walking in the receptionist are very nice and welcoming (Rocio and Arai) always have a smile on. My family and i have been patients for 5 years. Dr. Ali has seen my brother and very happy with his work. He has explained everything to him and compared x-rays to let him know why he is doing certain Procedures. My Mom and Grandpa have been seen by Dr. Phan and they both have been super happy with their work. Recently my grandpa got work done and Dr. Phan tried everything to get the best outcome abs save as many teeth as possible. She had mentioned that it was going to be a hard case and she made it happen. My grandpa's confidence it a lot better.( Thank you to the assistants for helping out (Jackie and Alex) Since my grandpa does not have insurance Monica the office manager made it happen she quoted us decent pricesthe whole work my grandpa received. My kids are patients there as well and Dr. Penmen is the best Dentist for kids. He is very friendly and my kids love him. He explains very detailed of everything procedure. I had work done there as well Dr. Mahtab numbs pretty well i didn't feel a thing and Dr. Saadatmandi did my crown and i'm very happy with it.

What a great place to come, we all know that a dental place is the scariest place for a kid. After coming here, I will not change it for anything. My daughter if treated like the princess she is. The staff is very gentle and polite. she actually explains and talk to teach her on what is the process they are doing. That really calms her down...I mean, I can go on and on. You must give this place a try.

A very friendly and professional environment, as soon as you walk in to office you are knowledged. I had the pleasure of being seen and treated by Dr. Pham, very straight to the point regarding your care plan and thorough. A tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Pham was very gentle and precise regarding numbing injection which I was extremely nervous about. My tooth was extracted in less than a minute, pain free! Excellent Dentistry. establishment ~

All staff and personnel are friendly, nice, and highly professional. Front desk and assistant all of them. DOCTOR ASHLY IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE WORLD. Highly Professional , skilled, and super nice and friendly , she is young, but looks like has 100 years experience, very professional, very nice. I don't know how to describe her. Do not go here. Bottom Line Up Front: This place will run tests and x-rays you do not need or want and the dentist will provide shoddy inspection, recommend unnecessary procedures and this will all take you 3-5x longer than a typical dentist visit for a routine checkup. I waited almost an hour for my appointment. On multiple occasions including upon arriving for my appointment that I had X-rays en route from my previous dentist. Nonetheless the x-ray tech set up up for a full set of x-rays. I instructed the tech that I only need wing bite x-rays. He said that's what he was doing, only to proceed with continuing a full set of x-rays. A job which he poorly conducted requiring multiple shots. At this point I was annoyed, and the tech shuttled me into a exam room where I waited yet another hour before the dentist arrived, reviewed my charts, x-rays, and inspected my teeth in approximately 2 minutes. With this cursory inspection she informed me that I had 2 cavities and was pushing me to get the removed there and then. At this point I halted everything - told the Dentist I will seek a secondary opinion and left, upset at the horrid service, unnecessary procedures and dubious diagnosis. And I STILL had to find a second dentist to get my teeth cleaned. Since, I have received service from a dentist recommended by a friend to find out that I, in fact, did not have any cavities. And I'm glad I declined this additional procedure from Rose Dental that would have negatively affected my health with crowns I did not need. This place performs fraud and prey upon those who do not know better. Do not go here for your own health and well-being

If you have an appointment plan on being here 4+ hours or more I've had to reschedule 2 appointments because of their poor scheduling always 1.5 hours behind or more, this last appointment was the final straw. I got a call the day before confirming my apt and asked the receptionist If I should come early to get my care credit taken care of she said yes , to come 30 mins early. So I did and waited 45 mins before the lady who does the billing showed up she was "late" which made my apt late talk about needing to cross train their employees. After that was done I was brought back out to waiting area to be called back fairly quickly to the room. After waiting in the room for over an hour ( all the employees laughing and talking so loud playing around in the office not professional at all ) the "root canal specialist" came in quickly did not say much except "open" to numb my mouth after he left the assistant said it would be another 30-45 mins ,this was not the doctor who said I needed a root canal in the first place, come to find out the dr who diagnosed me was not even going to be doing the procedure (none of this was explained to me) at this point I was so upset and had the dr who diagnosed me come into calm me down and eventually the "root canal specialist" joins us and interrupts the other dr to talk I asked him if it's normal for a root canal apt to take 5 hours and he said sometimes, (rolls eyes) and offered to refer me to another office where the waiting list is 3 months long and then replies "good luck with that " and walks out the room. I have a really good insurance pretty sure more dentist take it. Also get used to having to remind the doctor what your appointment is for because they "forget" and the dental assistants need "help" having to do your x-rays correctly I believe one apt I spent an hour with one tech she finally got help and the other tech did it in 5 mins I have got all my records will never return after being there for 4 hours. Iam happy to say I have found another office and have appointment scheduled this Saturday. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if you were toothless don't go here.

They dont have he courtesy to tell youitll be late so they just let you wait there for an hour and then tell you if you want reschedule.
