As a dentist, Dr. Rory Jeffersonrespects the trust that a patient places in him and his dental team, and strives to ensure that each visit to his office is a positive experience. Dr. Jefferson graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.Heserved for three years in the U.S. Air Force while stationed in Ramstein, Germany. During this time, he sought out and received additional training in all specialties of dentistry. In addition to his training in the USAF, Dr. Jefferson continues to further his knowledge through active participation in and attendance at seminars, lectures, and dental conferences.

He also founded the Peninsula Group for Interdisciplinary Dentistry in 2007, which enables Dr. Jefferson to work closely with medical professionals who have the same philosophy of a grand rounds approach when it comes to complicated cases. This results in streamlined treatment and improved outcomes for his patients.

She has published several national and international research papers, and has lectured nationally and internationally in advanced periodontics, diagnosis, and treatment techniques.

By regularly participating in continuing education, Dr. Erika is able to stay current on the latest technology and dental treatments. At our dental practice, you will never be treated like just another patient. Instead, you will be seen and respected as an individual, accorded respect, and treated with professional, gentle hands. Dr. Rory Jefferson, Dr. Erika Smith-MacDonald, and our team believe in developing long-term relationships with our patients, and working together toward the end goal of excellent oral health and a beautiful, engaging smile.

Though our practice is known for being equipped with the latest proven technologies, and we employ only the most effective treatments, we never forget the essential human aspect of our work. As dental professionals, we understand that not everyone likes going to the dentist.

We will do everything in our power to ensure you have a positive experience with us, from welcoming you by name and with big smiles, to providing tea and coffee in our reception area, and soft, warm blankets in our treatment and exam rooms. We want you to look forward to your visits; if you have concerns, please voice them. We will listen and talk with you, and help to alleviate your fears.

A large part of our practice philosophy is based on providing you with options. We truly understand there is more than one way to address most oral health issues, and will work with you to create a treatment plan that is appropriate for your individual needs and goals, timeline, and budget. This includes frank discussions of expected outcomes and the positives and negatives of each treatment path. We will not dictate a particular treatment and only begin care once we are assured that you understand and are comfortable with the process.

Weenjoy challenging cases and are tenacious about finding effective, painless treatment options. And, since we have a periodontist in our office, we do not refer patients to other providers for specialized periodontal surgeries and therapies. You can get all the dental care you need here.

We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

I have been a part of Dr. Jeffersons office since 2017, having been trained by one of the very best dentists I know:him! I work alongside Dr. Jefferson:preparing patients for treatment and assisting during procedures, as well as providing healthcare instructions. The one-on-one time I spend with our patients is the best part of my day. I really enjoy getting to know them and helping to give them a positive, supportive dental experience.

I began my career in 1995 as a dental assistant and took prerequisite classes for hygiene school while working. In 2010, I graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology dental hygiene program and shortly thereafter joined Dr. Jeffersons office. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them restore and maintain good oral health through education and effective home care.

I started working in the dental field in 1990 and have more than 30 years of experience, the past 14 of which Ive spent with Dr. Jefferson. I work with patientsinsurance plans and coordinate their treatment plans to help them utilize their benefits andget the best care possible. I love building lasting relationships with our patients.

Most of all, I want to make them smile, and feel comfortableand welcome in our amazing office. When you walk in, dont be surprised if you hear laughter. The team I work with is full of talented, knowledgeable, caring, and fun-loving people. We all work hard but have fun doing it!

I moved to Washington in 1983 from Montana. My husband Terry and I met in 1985 and have been married for 35 years. We have one daughter, Chantel, who works in law enforcement. We love animals and have anAnatolian Shepherd named Brandi. I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends, as well as working in the yard, going for walks, and decorating my home.

I was born and raised here in Kitsap County. My husband Aaron and I stay busy with our two boys, Nathan and Troy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, working out, and snow and water skiing. Most important to me is spending time with family and friends.

I had to call from another dental office in Oregon regarding a mutual patient and spoke with the front office today. I wish I got her name, but coming from another dental office, I can appreciate how amazing, kind, and loving she is on the phone. I can just feel the warmth and if the office experience is half of the initial phone call I had, you will be in great hands here! :-)
