DentistRory graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Engineering. He began his career in a technical role for an internet startup. After nearly four years in the exciting fast paced technology world he decided to change directions and attended the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he received his DMD.
Dr. Sprouse is dedicated to optimal patient care and remains on the cutting edge of modern dentistry. He has trained extensively with world class dentists at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. He enjoys improving quality of care by integrating technology into the practice. He is a certified CEREC GoLive trainer, helping colleagues integrate CEREC CAD/CAM technology into their practice or taking their skills to the next level.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Northwestern District Dental Society, Hinman Dental Society, Chatahoochee Dental Study Club, Cross Country Dental Study Club, and a Spear Study Group.
When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth, who is also his high school sweetheart and chasing their little Jim around. He also enjoys college football and college basketball; traveling; automobiles; and studying anything technology related
When not in the office, Randi enjoys spending time with her family They love being on the water whether the ocean, lake, or just relaxing by the pool. She also enjoys traveling, gardening and sewing, and is an avid reader.
Certified Dental AssistantJessica grew up in Bartow County. Jessica is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly in the clinical environment. She is dedicated to making sure you have a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Dr. Sprouse and his team are the best! You feel like family, yet he's very high tech. Kind, methodical, and high quality dentistry. And I grew up with my beloved uncle as my childhood dentist. Highly recommend them. I drive from N. Decatur to see them.

Killed a Healthy Tooth and Caused Permanent Nerve Damage Dr Sprouse advised me multiple times to remove a crown that another dentist had put in my mouth. I was having no issues with the crown or the tooth, but Dr Sprouse kept telling me that the margins weren't flush and I would eventually lose the tooth if I didn't address it. The tooth ached for months afterwards, and I went back to see him multiple times because of the pain. I was repeatedly told it was due to my old nightguard. He never did any x-rays or other tests to evaluate the tooth, even though I suggested that more than once. Several months later, I was starting to feel ill, but did not know why. The crown fell off and underneath it was a black nub of a tooth that was not sensitive to anything. I of course, went to see Dr Sprouse when this happened and he glued the crown back on and told me everything was fine. This happened two more times and Dr Sprouse even fitted me for a new crown to replace the old one that wouldn't stay put. Again, not a single x-ray was taken. The third time it fell off I demanded a referral to an oral surgeon. When I went the next day, the oral surgeon took x-rays that clearly demonstrated the tooth was dead and the infection from the tooth had spread into the sinus above it. I had the tooth removed the very next day and had to follow up with an ENT to treat the well-established infection. I have now been advised by multiple dentists that in addition to losing a previously healthy tooth, I also have permanent nerve damage from the infection festering there for months on end.

Have been going to Dr. Sprouse since he started his practice. Switched my kids to him from pediatric dentist back in 2013. He and his staff go above and beyond. They truly care about you and your overall health. Can't say enough about them and would highly recommend Dr. Sprouse!!

I used to HATE going to the dentist...I would find all kinds of excuses not to go..I'd reschedule or just cancel appointments. I finally started asking friends and colleagues do you like your dentist? Why? And the name Rory Sprouse kept coming up. Dr.Sprouse and the entire team are genuinely caring..and they dont try to "sell" you the product of the month and if major dental work is recommended you are provided with options and a clear understanding of the procedure .They have the most up to date technology which means no discomfort...no apprehension..just a pleasant easy experience. The entire staff makes you feel like they've know you forever..and you never feel rushed. Both my husband and I go every 6 months and no longer HATE going to the dentist!

Bedside manners; 11 out of 10; they're that good. Recommend to friends?; I'd recommend him to my Mother. BTW, the new office is really nice.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Sprouse and his staff. After having a poor experience at a high volume corporate dental office in the area, I went looking for an independent office and was referred here by a colleague. I have now been coming here 2 years and have really enjoyed my experience and the attention put into my dental care. The staff is friendly and fun and Dr. Sprouse does a great job spending time and listening to my concerns and needs. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Sprouse.

Best dentist around! Has always taken great care of me and my family. Dr. Sprouse actually listens to you and always gives you all your options so you can make the best decision for you. Wouldn't take my family anywhere else!
