After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Mike Bardi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in 1989. He continued his education at the University of Southern California in their endodontics residency program. Since then, Dr. Bardi has developed and continues to maintain a reputable name in the dental industry.
Dr. Bardi founded RootVision Endo in 1991 with the first two offices opening in the cities of Glendale and Torrance. Then he opened the third location in Lakewood in 2003. In 2005, RootVision Endo opened its fourth office in Montebello and the fifth office in Covina in 2009. We currently have 7 offices in Southern California. Dr. Bardi, his partners, and associate endodontists are well known for excellent service and predictable results.
Dr. Kimberly Pham obtained her undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University, School of Dentistry. She continued her education at Temple University for advanced training in Endodontics and also earned a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. She joined RootVision Endo in 2002, and has been an intergral part of the practice ever since.

Dr. Annie Zhujiang earned her D.M.D. from Harvard University and continued her education at Columbia Universitys prestigious endodontic residency program. She is known an educator amongst her peers and regularly lectures through continuing education seminars to other general dentists. Dr. Zhujiangs main focus to deliver as calm and painless experience as possible. She prides herself in providing a pleasant, calming experience by educating her patients on their diagnosis and treatment plans.
Dr. Hoon Sagong obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California Davis, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University. He was selected to continue on with advanced training in the field of Endodontics at Columbia University. He joined the RootVision Endo team in 2015 and has earned the trust of his patients for his calming demeanor, detailed diagnosis, and elite success rate.
Dr. Betty Suh is a native of Southern California and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego. Then she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and continued on with advanced education in General Dentistry at the Lutheran Medical Center in Hawaii. Dr. Suh was then selected to for the Endodontics residency at Columbia University. Dr. Kevin Choi is a native of Southern California and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Then he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Choi then served as a Dental Officer for the United States Army where he treated service men and women that served the country. Following active duty service, Dr. Choi was accepted to the Advanced Endodontic program at his alma mater, the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where he earned a specialty certificate in Endodontics. Dr. Choi joined the Rootvision Endo team in 2018 and has established himself as an integral part of the practice ever since. Dr. Choi is an enthusiastic lecturer and enjoys sharing his knowledge with other dental professionals through continuing education seminars. He is fluent in English and Korean.

Please read below if you are considering using their service. I went there for a root canal referred by my dentist. During the procedure, I felt a burning sensation in my mouth and thought I could taste "bleach," so I raised my hand to let the dentist know about this problem. The nurse used some water to wash off, dilute the "chemical," and continue the procedure. In the following days, the burn got more severe; the now affected area included not just the inside of my mouth but my tongue and throat. I texted the endodontist, the one who worked on my root canal) and he prescribed me some medicine. Later I looked online and discovered that using sodium hypochlorite is common in root canal procedures, but it is not supposed to leak; in my case, I believe the chemical must have leaked inside my mouth. So that night, I email them and file a complaint about dental malpractice. The company called me five times the next day at 6:45 am and asked me to go back to their clinic and have another check-up by another endodontist. During this checkup, He told me there are injuries in my mouth; he knew it hurt, but it will go away in a week, so there is nothing to worry about. Upon asking if he knew what had happened to me during the procedure, he explained that he couldn't tell exactly what happened since he hadn't talked to the endodontists who treated me and was just here to help see my injuries. What kind of customer service is that? Is there no internal communication or assessment before asking a patient to come in for a second checkup? I went to urgent care that night due to the continued severe pain ... I can't even eat and drink without the pain-release medicine anymore. The Urgent care doctor told me this was quite serious and probably should expect such pain to continue for several more weeks. I emailed the company again and asked them to evaluate everything, talk to the dentist and nurse involved and give me a proper reply on what exactly happened during the root canal procedure that caused this pain. ( I have had multiple root canals done at other places and this never happened!) But until now, three days later, I still haven't gotten any written email reply from them. I felt that they were being dismissive of me and my injuries. If you don't want to get a chemical burn, don't want to deal with poor customer service, please don't go!!!!!!!!

After few dentist wouldn't work on me because I was on blood thinners Dr Park said no problem they explain the details how long will take the receptionist and nurses very professional and kind Dr Park did my root canal Job in 45 minutes I was done and I was so happy I will recommend this clinic for the pleasant experience

I just left this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone... from the reception desk down the to gentle hands of the dentist and the assistant.... always asking if it was OK making me feel like I was the main concern.... I will use them for sure !!!!... thank you all

Such a great experience! Well recommended if you need to get a root canal done. Dr. Pak did an amazing job. He explained the whole procedure and made me feel in good hands. Also Hector in the receptionist area explained the procedure and how fast it was going to be and he was right. I honestly recommend this place to anyone getting a root canal!

My doctor told me I needed my very first root canal ,and I was devastated!! I was recommended to route vision Endo, and I was so scared and nervous and the doctor made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable by the time I knew it he was done. My experience was satisfaction!!! I recommend this place to anybody who is looking to get a root canal done they are experienced, professional, along with being gentle!!! Love this place !!

I had a rootcanal done. Dr Pak was great. The problem was when they did the xrays they put a new person to teach her how to put the things in my mouth. In total of 3 people doing the x-rays. They ended up hurting me. Had a blister next to my tongue for a month. It was so painful. When I called they just say they don't deal with tongue issues. For sure not going there again.

I went in to do a root canal retreat the Dr. explain everything to me EXCEPT the fact that I have to go back to my Dentist for he can crown it! So they maxed out my insurance $1500 plus paid $400 co-pay and now I have to pay out of pocket $1500 to crown my tooth. The dentist didn't remove my old crown its still intact he just drilled a hole on top! It's been 3 days and I'm still in pain!!

You weren't suppose to do a root canal while having an infection. I thought they supposed to know better than that. But I was wrong.....the SOB told me I have an infection that's what causing me tooth ache and went ahead did the root canal. Charged me $$$$ and now I am suffering from the complications because the infection he spread!

My mother is 99 years old and needed a Root Canal. Dr. Richard Pak did an excellent job, he was very patient, gentle and understanding in her treatment. He also explained all the procedures and answered all our questions. The staff was professional and treated us with courtesy and kindness, both in person and on the phone. They explained everything and answered all our questions and were very helpful in making sure that we were taken care of. The were also very kind and sympathetic regarding with our financial situation. Definitely recommending and will be returning if additional or future work is needed.

The front office are not helpful at all, they can put you in hold like 10 minutes, I have been in many dental offices I never been treated like this. I scheduled an appointment for root canal and the one in the front office told me there is 100$ visit charge. And it goes toward the treatment. I took day off from my work and I went to do the root canal, unfortunately I got a phone call from my son school that he is sick. I rescheduled it the root canal process. The lady in the front office insisted to charge me 100$ excluded the treatment I tried to explained to her that I have an emergency I can't do it today at the same time I have to go to pick up my son. She said you have to do it at the same day to make 100$ goes toward the treatment. if I can give them 0 stars I would
