From the from office staff, to the doctors and assistants, I was SO impressed! The doctor and assistants worked like a well oiled machine. I told them before I left the chair, it was like the doctor had 6 hands. They all asked and checked on my well being during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL TEAM! BRAVO!!!

I'm an extremely nervous and anxious person. The office is full of amazingly accommodating and patient people. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything happening and talked me through the entire thing. I drove am hour from toledo to get treatment here and would do it again. Well worth the time for the care I was given!

Dr. Shin is outstanding. He explained my tooth problems clearly and used 3d X ray scan to pin point the infection areas not only in the tooth but also the bone. Hopefully this surgery will put an end to this asymptum infection that eroded a large chunk of bone and bone will grow back.

I do not typically provide public reviews for goods or services however my experience at RCSA was so pleasant and pain-free that I had to take a moment to commend them on their service. Dr. Young Bin Bok was outstanding. I came in for just the initial exam for a root canal, he told me he could get it done right then and save me a return visit. He spent time explaining the X-rays and the procedure in great detail. I expected to at least feel some pain from the deadening of the area. Never felt any pain prior to the procedure, during the procedure or in the hours or days following the procedure. Definitely a very pleasant surprise. Hopefully I will never need another root canal but if I do I will definitely try to get it done by Dr. Bok at RCSA.
