Dr. McInerney and his staff at Root Canal Specialists are top notch, friendly, helpful in explaining exactly what is going on and what to expect and terrific follow up. Highly recommend them.

The easiest root canal I've ever had and I'd continue giving them my business, but they dropped my insurance (Cigna PPO thru my employer) last year and now I have to go to some root canal mill instead, so had to deduct 2 stars. I hope they reconsider as it looks like they only take 3 insurance types now, via their website.

Love this practice!! Dr. McInerney and his assistant (wish I got her name) were amazing! I HATE having dental work done, but they almost made me enjoy it!!! They were extremely efficient and made me feel at ease with the calming environment they provided. Thank you!!!

Upon retreating a root canal, I was in terrible pain due to an infection. Unfortunately, the aftercare was as non-existent as their sense of concern or empathy. The level of care would have been appropriate for an average auto mechanic, not a doctor with a patient in pain, leaving the country with an infection in his head. This solo practitioner could not have been more practiced at speed of procedure and getting out of there as soon as humanly possible. The narrative in my head was "this guy is miserable and calling it in, why doesn't he retire?" Otherwise, if you're into personally and emotionally vacant, condescending, and rushed, he's your guy.

My first encounter with Dr. M was with my son in June of 2020, at the time he was 9. My son had a trampoline accident and chipped his 2 front teeth exposing the nerve in one of his teeth. He was in a lot of pain, the staff was very friendly and lighting fast with an appointment! They got him 1 hour after I called. A year an half later my son is still being treated and looks forward to seeing Dr. M every 6 months. Thank you for taking great care of my son. See you in July! Just Friday I was told I may need a root canal, I was recommended someplace, I politely said no thank you, I'm going to call Dr. M!

The experience was absolutely fantastic, everyone was so nice and friendly, knowledgeable, Dr McInerney took his time to explain to me my scan pictures, i felt welcomed. I will definitely recommend Dr McInerney to my friends.

I hope I don't have to do it again, but if I do I would absolutely go to Dr McInerney. The office was very nice and the staff was kind and caring. Dr. McInerney was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made me feel at ease.

Very clean and professional atmosphere. The root canal took no time and I was made to feel comfortable in and during the process. I received a courtesy call the next day to see how I was doing.

Dr McInerney's office got me in fairly quickly, even around the holiday. They were so fast and efficient with my root canal-it was impressive. I received a call from them the next morning to check on me and give advice. I would highly recommend

I have had to get a root canal done 3 times, the first two were done by another specialists. My canals are very narrow so it's hard to see. Understandable. After I had got retreatment done, I went on to my daily life and still had really bad pain. I had called about it during the pandemic (when people finally went back to work) and whomever I spoke to was not the nicest. Mind you, I work in a general dental office in customer service so this was a shock to me. I was told that if I came in again it would be another charge. I spent nearly $2500 already, so not sure why another consultation would be a charge. I got another second opinion and they told me to call the office again in hopes someone would be helpful. I was again, told that to get a CBCT x-ray done I would pay $250 out of pocket. This is not only unprofessional but it's taking advantage of people when they should be wanting to help people they have previously treated. Again, I work in customer service and the responses and attitude given by the staff should be unacceptable. I would most likely be fired if I ever spoke to a patient this way.

Let me just say that I was highly pleased with the services I received. I was referred by my dentist to Dr. McInerney for a root canal re-treatment and I am always nervous an anxious about getting major dental work done. Dr. McInerney was awesome. He made the procedure very easy for me and has this sort of soothing effect that makes you relax during the procedure. Not to mention, he was very fast. Before I knew it, he was done. Not only that, I received a call from the office this morning asking how I was feeling and that was the icing on the cake. I most certainly would recommend Dr. McInerney to anyone!
