I wasn't quite sure what to expect considering I've never had a root canal before. The procedure was painless. Dr. Simon is the best. Would recommend.

Went here for my very 1st ever root canal. I wish I could do a more detailed star level but for the staff and the doctors I give a 5 as far as how the procedure went. I felt no pain during the process. After the numbness wore off I did have a decent amount of pain until the following day it subsided but still had some pain. I feel disappointed which is why I took stars off in the fact it was not explained before hand that the entire process is not done here, you have to go back to your original dentist after a week to get a permanent filling and a Crown which cost another about the same as getting the root canal in the 1st place. So when you are pricing this you might as well figure double what they charge here. I've had friends who get root canals other places and get crown and all at same place without having to get a temporary filling removed and a crown elsewhere. If I had known this upfront i would have went somewhere else. Now i apparently have to get another procedure done to remove temporary filling get permanent one and a crown which will probably require 2 more trips to a dentist. They conveniently did not tell me any of this until after my root canal was complete before I left the office. I do not understand why they cannot put a permanent filling in so all I have to do is get a Crown but they do not even do that much apparently it is just a temporary filling that you leave with from here

I'm so appreciative of Dr. Simon and the entire staff here for all their help when I needed an emergency root canal. They were extremely fair and honest with billing, fit me right into the schedule, and made me feel comfortable. I couldn't be more grateful & I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Im a general dentist in Baton Rouge that has referred many patients to this practice. Their work is outstanding but more importantly the patients report back to me that their experiences are top notch. 10/10 recommend you seek them out if you find yourself needing root canal therapy. Thank you for taking such great care of our patients and always getting them in quickly for treatment

Dr. Simon's work was excellent and the reason for the 1 star is there undisclosed fee practices . I agreed to the the $2300 for 2 root canals that took 1.5 hours to complete but when I got to the checkout to pay they STOLE $400 extra for what they said was a RE-TREAT on 2 teeth that had NEVER had a root canal before their treatment and in 1974 my 2 teeth were crowned so how they can justify that type of theft is a mystery. Just make sure to get the full cost upfront or they will rob and ruin your credit if you don't agree to pay for their theft !!!!!

Thank you to Dr. Corbett! She is sympathetic to the pain you're feeling and does everything she can to alleviate it. It's very nice to know that she cares about her patients this way. Very professional and friendly staff. She made my issue a priority and immediately got everything over to my dentist office. Thank you again! You saved me!

I am so impressed. This was my first root canal. Was referred by my dentist. I went in completely thinking this would be the worst. I was totally wrong. This was easier then a cleaning at a regular appointment. Dr. Bond and Brittany are the best. Explained everything step by step, made me completely comfortable and I was in and out in no time. My tooth is great with no pain at all. Great team! Highly recommended!

Not enough stars to reflect how amazing Dr. DiCarlo and staff were in completing my urgently needed root canal. I was very nervous and in a lot of pain before this procedure but in about 1 hour and with very little disomfort he was was done. Best of all, after the novacaine wore off there was no pain at all. What a relief!! Thanks sooo much guys and Happy 2021 !!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Vincent DiCarlo perform a second root canal on a troubled tooth last year. He did excellent work. I received nothing from the office for nearly a year. Not a single phone call and I have the records to prove it. Not a single email. Not a single piece of mail got here. No certified letter. Nothing. I finally get the first call threatening to turn me over to collections for not payment after they "have repeatedly attempted to contact me." I'm very busy with work. It took me some time to confirm with my insurance what they were claiming. So two weeks after I told them to slow down their allegations until I verify it, I'm once again being threatened with collections. Now I have to cancel business appointments with a Fortune 10 client to go deal with this ignorance. Never ever again, cannot recommend you ever set foot in this office. The lack of respect is astounding.

I went to see Dr. Michael Bond for a consult for a root canal. He told me that I was not a candidate for a root canal. He could have very easily done the procedure and given me temporary relief making me think that the problem was resolved. He told me straight up that the root canal would not solve the long term problem. I appreciated him being HONEST with me rather than taking me to the cleaners for a short term fix. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bond. He also took the time to sit there and discuss my treatment options even though he would not be performing that treatment. The entire office staff was extremely nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this RCSOBR and Dr. Michael Bond!

I had gone to my dentist twice Wednesday. Once for minor discomfort and the 2nd time was for major pain. They recommended me to Root Canal Specialists. The receptionist scheduled me for their earliest appointment the following day at 1pm. Overnight I went to the ER for a nerve block that didn't give me relief. A long sleepless night and a mistaken pain pill on an empty stomach made my morning a horrible one. I went to their office for their opening at 7:30. They were incredibly kind to a man suffering from sleep deprivation, intense pain and nausea. Their front desk folks dealing with me were very professional and nice. Dr. DiCarlo and his assistant were wonderful and went above and beyond coming in early and working me into their schedule when they truly didn't have to. He also called me earlier today to check on me. I can't thank them enough for the quality of care, excellent skill and their follow-up earlier today by phone. These are the types of businesses I'm happy to support and provide positive feedback on. Thank you, Dr. DiCarlo and staff! You were amazing!

Highly recommend! The wait time was minimal, staff was very friendly, and Dr. Bond took the time to explain everything and walk me through the procedure. The technology was top notch and easy for the layperson to see what the practitioners are looking at.
