Staff and Dr. Watson are always friendly and willing to answer questions. Overall a pleasant experience. Hope I don't have to come back, but I know I'll be well taken care of if I do.

Everyone in the office were very friendly and professional and they explained every step of the procedure so I understood what was happening and why. I was nervous to get a root canal but this practice made the whole process so easy and comfortable!

I cannot say enough marvelous things about Dr. Watson and his staff, they are all truly a cut above. I visited my regular dentist on Monday, and was told I would need a specialized root canal, so they referred me here. Within the span of a business day, Dr. Watson's office had me on the books, insurance verified and everything lined up. I'm truly impressed with how efficient the process went. It was painless! Dr. Watson is a lovely endodontist, and very no-nonsense-- don't let that deter you from choosing him if you need specialized services. He saw a challenge with my severely broken molar, and did amazing work on it. I came in with severe jaw pain, and left without the pain. The office staff was kind and patient, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and the doctor is considerate and welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I have a big fear of dentist so my anxiety was on a "10" needing to have a root canal right before Christmas, but to my surprise Dr Watson was very easy going and had a gentle touch. My biggest fear is the needle and i didn't feel anything when he numbed me. He is the best dentist I've seen in the last 25 years.

I saw Dr. Pizzini to evaluate a tooth for a root canal. My first visit with her was informative, and I found her bedside manner to be compassionate, attentive and caring. The visit to perform the root canal was just as positive as the first. I am thankful to have had such positive experiences.

I should start off by saying I have a terrible fear of dental procedures! I have had several traumatic experiences with other offices and it really makes it difficult for me to have my semi-annual cleanings; which causes oral problems. The entire office staff were so professional, personable, and caring! I was able to schedule my appointment when I needed it. They were reasonably priced, especially after I realized how expensive root canals are! I was so anxious about the actual procedure and price I was prepared to just stay in pain, but thank goodness for Dr. Pizzini and her staff. My biggest fear is a needle in my mouth. During the beginning of the root canal I noticed how gentle Dr. Pizzini and her assistant, Dianna, were. I was prepared to jump, cry, or screamed because of the pain from the needle. I didn't feel a thing! I was so relieved after I realized I was in good hands. I am really not one to write a review unless I am extremely upset, or in this case extremely happy. They were so amazing in this office! At the end of my root canal the receptionist at checkout well-written break down of the other two root canals I will have done in January. The entire experience went from me being terrified and in pain, to being the happiest patient I've ever been. They followed-up the very next morning less than an hour after opening, just to see how I was doing. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Watson is the greatest! He listened to all my questions & concerns & I always felt comfortable with the outcome. Sharon, the assistant, is super sweet also.

Let me start by saying..I was NOT any easy patient to deal with. But Dr Watson's bedside manner was so soothing. He was calm, patient and oh so gentle...I did not even feel the injection to deaden my mouth!! I highly recommend him. Michela in the front office was professional and very understanding. She gave me a quote well in advance of my visit and made sure Dr. Watson received any message I left for him. And YES.. he returned my calls personally and encouraged me to call him again just to let him know how my tooth was doing.Wow!

I originally had an appointment with Dr. Pizzini but she had to reschedule and I went ahead with an appointment with Dr Watson. He was honest and it turned out I didn't need a root canal. He could have easily done the procedure, but instead gave me a temporary filing. Plus: Dr. Watson and the front desk. Minus: 1 hour after appointment time but I understand procedures go overtime and the staff apologized. If I need to go back, I'll go back in a heart beat! Highly recommend!

The entire experience with this business was fantastic from start to finish. The front office staff was courteous and kind and provided great information on what to expect leading up to my appointment. When I arrived I was met by a team of people that you could tell understood the tenants of customer service and satisfaction. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Dr. Watson and his assistant were courteous and patient. I left there as a satisfied customer. It didn't stop there....the next day they called to check on me, see how I felt and make sure I didn't have any additional questions. That would earn them a 6th star if there was a button for it. If you need a root canal, you need to turn to this establishment to meet your needs. You won't be sorry.

I just want to say Michaela is absolutely AMAZING! I will forever refer people to this office and to Dr. Watson.. Michaela is the true meaning of customer service, going above and beyond and professionalism for the people that walk into this office. If only there were more people that helped customer's the way she does, life would be so much easier!! So, if you need a Root Canal done, go see Dr. Watson and speak to Michaela. You will thank me later!! I would give a 10 star if that was available!

Had a root canal. Very professional, they precleared insurnace information and gave me a due at procedure several days in advance. Used a dental dam so I didn't end up with astringent or any sterilizing agents on my tongue. As someone who geta canker sores that is much appreciated. Plus no gagging on irrigation. Procedure only created two small holes in my crown. Nearly painless (dental work, there will be some pain). All work was done under just local anesthetic. At this point I am very satisfied with the work.

After months of suffering with tooth pain and being referred to 2 other specialists . I was finally referred here for another opinion. I was worried that I would be told all x rays and test are normal . As I explained my symptoms to dental assistant Diana . She was very reassuring that Dr. Pizzinni would try to figure out what the problem is. Dr. Pizzinni was very understanding and professional and determined to help me. You see I have been a clencher for years, all my x rays and test seem to be normal, but Dr. Pizzinni narrowed my pain to 1 tooth. Unfortunately that tooth I just got a porcelain crown on 2 months prior. She had to drill through my new crown to do a root canal. After getting home the evening after my root canal I was really sore but all ready could feel a difference. I was not in throbbing pain. After only eating on 1 side I can now chew on both sides. I wish I had been referred here first. If I ever have any other issues that my general dentist can't address, I will most definitely make an appointment here. Big thanks to Dr. Pizzinni and assistant Diana.

Dr. Pizzini did an amazing job. She thoroughly explained the process and was very patient. Her assistant, Diana was great and very helpful as well as the front desk staff. I appreciate the painless experience, and would definitely recommend!
