Dr. Arthur Doeringreceived his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Lyman Briggs College of Natural Science through Michigan State University. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan. He then received a Fellowship (F.)in endodontics degree from the University of Florida. After this, he received a Masters in Science (M.S.)and Certificate from University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Arthur has since joined his father in private practice in the Grand Rapids area.
Dr. David Selisreceived his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Lyman Briggs College of Natural Science through Michigan State University. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Detroit Mercy. He then received a Fellowship (F.)in endodontics degree from the University of Florida. After this, he received a Masters in Science (M.S.)and Certificate from University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. David Selisjoinedprivate practice in the Grand Rapids area.
Dr. Jack Kemper attended Kalamazoo College where he graduated with honors and received his BA in Biology. He then attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois where he earned his DMD degree. During dental school Dr. Kemper also completed a summer endodontic fellowship at the University of Iowa. Following dental school, Dr. Kemper moved to New York City and completed his specialty training in endodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

U never want a root canal but if u do need one there is no better place than here. I got the pleasure of meeting Dr Arthur & Amber. Amber was a literal angel, they both made me feel so comfortable & were very respectful & professional. Best time at a dentist office!Believe it or not I was actually sad to leave!

I had a Root Canal done with Dr. Doering in January 2022, and paid $1,020.00, and was very unhappy with my Procedure and was still in pain. So after having my Dentist do X-rays of the tooth, it was discovered that he did not do a complete Root Canal, and he sent me to another Endodontics Dr., to complete the Root Canal, and I paid another out of pocket $1,213.00, and was very pleased with his work, and am no longer in pain.

Dr. Doering and his assistant were amazing. I am an anxious dental patient and I felt very comfortable. I had 2 root canal's at the same time and it was pain free and quick. Dr. Explained everything to me and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend

This was my first root canal experience and I was greatly impressed. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The assistant sat and chatted while I waited for the doctor and the doctor explained the process and was super chillaxed and friendly. I barely felt a thing while I was there. I was in and out in less than an hour for my one tooth!

I had a great experience! Every staff member was very helpful and happy to answer any questions. My doctor was great as well. He kept me updated on progress throughout the surgery and called to check in on my recovery a few hours later.

Dr. Doering is fantastic! I wish I could see him for All of my dental care. The procedure was fast, painless and easy. If you need a root canal than Dr Doering is the man to see.

Root canal!!! Eeeek! Dr Doering was amazing! I am the biggest coward when it comes to dental procedures, I've had enough of them, and I would rather have a rubber mallet knock me out than deal with an injection! He walked me through the entire procedure and I didn't even know I had one shot already. The second shot, hardly noticeable. I highly recommend Dr Doering and his team, they rock!!!! At the end of my root canal I walked in a big chicken and walked out a proud peacock

Man was this an experience. I was so anxious but Dari and Dr D kept assuring me that I was doing great. I ended up still having a panic attack...which is new to me, dental work doesn't bother me. But oh my were they great with me through it all. It was very quick and I was numbed up and couldn't feel a thing. I don't ever want another one...but if I do ill be going back to them.

Our 13 year old needed a root canal and Dr. Doering made it very comfortable for her by explaining everything that was going on, what was to happen, what her options were and was just hands down fantastic. He was very professional and his assistant was there to help distract her during the procedure. She said she didn't feel a thing. If anyone we know needs a root canal, we know who we will recommend. Great experience. First root canal was painless and quick. Front desk is responsive and helpful with pricing. Dr. Doering was absolutely amazing- explained everything and confident in his skills. Even got a phone call from the doctor that evening checking in.

Dr. Doering and his team are top notch. While a root canal is never a fun process, they make you feel relaxed, value your input, make good conversation with you to calm nerves and do the procedure with great precision and no pain! Highly recommend!

Dr. Selis and Amber were so great. They treated me like I was special and not just another patient and I really appreciated that. Having a root canal is not pleasant but they made the experience better. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Their entire office was professional and kind. Thank you. :)

Absolutely wonderful experience from the first phone call to schedule to the last phone call to check on the patient. I was so impressed with all the care I received. The nurses and doctor were just so caring and kind. They genuinely want you to enjoy your experience as much as possible.

Could not recommend this office enough. When I arrived the front desk was very helpful and nice. Dr. Selis was awesome, he explained what he was going to do and listened to my concerns. I asked for extra numbing, and boy did I get it! I didn't feel a thing! You have a beautiful picture on the ceiling to look at and they played music loud enough to help drown out the drilling noise. I loved that he sang and his helper bopped along, make the process so relaxed and comfortable. It only took about 25 min! Fantastic!!! If I ever need another root canal I will not hesitate to come here :)

I can't imagine there is a better root canal specialist anywhere. My root canal was done in less than 15 minutes and I had absolutely zero pain or swelling. Could not have asked for a better experience with a procedure that can often times be painful and unpleasant.

I have been to Dr. Doering a couple of times now for a root canal. I have had a lot of dental work done in the past, and he is by far the best endodontist that I have been to. I will continue to refer friends and family to him. Cannot say it enough. He is fantastic at what he does.
