We have comfortable seating and offer dark glasses, mouth prop and soothing headphone music to help you pass the time. We accept and file most dental insurances. We also offer a 10% self pay discount* for payment in full at time of treatment. There is also an option to pay over 12 months through Care Credit. Call our office to verify your insurance plan and to discuss available payment options. A root canal can be a big expense and we want you to feel confident working through any financial concerns with our experienced staff!(* Self pay discount applies to new root canals only. It does not apply to examinations and x-rays, endodontic re treatment cases, tooth restorations such as fillings and build ups, or if we file a claim for dental insurance.)
After treatment most people manage discomfort with medicines like Tylenol, advil or nothing at all and have a normal workday. Our goal is make your root canal as much a non event in your day as possible. Other pain medicines and antibiotics may be prescribed as needed. We have been using the Compudent (Wand) system the past 12 years with great success. The Wand allows me to administer anesthetic as slowly as one drop at a time which greatly increases patient comfort and reduces the possibility of side effects such as racing heart and anxiety which can be related to a fast injection.
Yes we do. We recommend a 6 month follow up x-ray on all root canals done in our office. If a tooth is not doing well 6-12 months after treatment AND the tooth has been restored and protected as recommended we will redo the root canal at no additional charge to you. A study of over 10,000 root canal cases set the success rate at over 95%, IF they were restored properly after the root canal was completed.

I just finished up a root canal and I have to say it was super easy and painless. Truly cares about comfort and care. I may have come in nervous but I am leaving very calm and confident. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

I came to see Dr. Binns for a root canal eval as I had a cavity that was filled by my dentist and ever since I could not chew on that side of my mouth. Turns out it just needed some adjustment and Dr. Binns was able to do that in one go! I am finally able to chew on both sides of my mouth after 9 months! THANK YOU FERNANDO AND DR. BINNS. Highly recommend this practice.

Wow! I've had root canals before and they were truly miserable experiences. Dr Binns has a real magic touch. Right from the aesthetic, I barely felt it. That and the nitrous oxide, music in the ears made me feel completely relaxed. This isn't a procedure that anyone stands in line to get, but if you should need one, this is the place you want to go. Anyone who has dentist anxiety would love Dr Binns. Super impressed.

When I went for my appointment there were two other patients tht were unhappy with the service. THat should have been an idicator of what was to come. THe staff didnot tell me that I woud have to self pay even though my insurance covered my visit. THey only told me abou the policy on check out and I tried to strong arm me, Even though i asked previously about payment and billing.
