My daughter Shelby had an awesome experience for having to have a root canal I would highly recommend Doctor Lopez and her assistant Breezey they were gentle with her And explained to us everything they were doing as they were doing it and again very sensitive to their patients. Thanks again for your helpful service

Dr. Lopez and her assistant Breezy (not sure if I spelled it right sorry!) were amazing today. I was extremely nervous because I have had two root canals in the past and could feel what they were doing multiple times but this was not the case at Root Canal Dentists. I felt zero pain, not really even when giving me my local anesthetic. They were very kind and professional to me and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend, thank you guys so much for a pleasant experience and making me feel so safe under your care.

I had a wonderful experience at Root canal dentist in Dallas. They made me so comfortable, of course Root canals are not very comfortable because you have to keep your mouth wide open. But they numbed me enough where I didn't feel the pain they did a wonderful job. Their very professional and very caring. I would recommend Root canal dentist to my family and friends. thank you so much. Mary Ann

Prior to visit, made request that all would be covered with "NO OUT OF POCKET...ZERO" Got call, said covered...welp, nope!!! Wanted a lot of money.... I was made to stand outside in extreme heat to answer questions, security, I was told..ok, great. I saw no one else be done so. They were buzzed straight in. Signs up everywhere for mask required...awesome. Strange that I was the only non-employee in a mask. BTW, I was the only white. I sure felt discriminated against.

Had a good experience the girls at the front desk were very helpful & knowledgeable (I believe the ladies names are Valerie & Diana) as for the doctors very attentive along with the DA ;)

The staff is highly disrespectful they let me wait for 30 min on my first appointment. They don't consider any emergencies. On my second appointment I had emergency I just asked them to let me come at 10:30 but they refused. That was annoying they're not professional. I'm pregnant and I can't reschedule my appointment. But still they don't care about me. Diana was very rude to me. I asked them I wanna talk to doctor she said she is in treatment from last 20 min. They wasted my whole day. Just because of 15 min. And to talk to doctor I have to come in that is an hour drive. That's ridiculous. As a human we should consider emergencies specially when patient is coming form far and has no time to wait. I don't understand how this is right when they let me wait 30 min and it took a lot of time because of their fault why they can't consider my problem. Instead they was rude and saying it's our policy. I also work there is always room for emergencies. Now I know that they not gonna let me talk to doctor. I'll never go there if they can't show some respect for their patients.

Just called this place to see if I could make an appointment for a root canal, the lady is very rude and place charges $30 just to schedule appointments. They can't even tell you the price for a root canal, they say the price varies from one insurance to another.

Unprofessional staff in the front. I'm a busy parent and the fact that when they did one root canal and chose not to do both as my daughters dentist requested was a big set back. We went for the first one waited 3 hours for it to be done cause the dentist was not only doing my daughters but as well as another one. Then we scheduled the other one and not a reminder card or anything. I get a call the day before but as a busy parent they could have a least left a message with a time and day instead of just the day of the appointment. Really considering just finding another location to go to.

Absolutely wonderful!! The dentist was so great with my son! He's terrified of the dentist from past experience and she did wonderful with him let him be involved with his treatment qnd that really helped him calm his anxiety with it! Iv very pleased and my son is too

Called to get price of root canal and the manager was not one bit of help. She asked me if I knew what number tooth it was and I said I didn't know and she rudely says "OK I can give you an estimated price of how much it will be please hold!" She puts me on hold and I wait for 10 minutes and someone else gets the call and doesn't have any idea what I'm calling about so I tell her to ask her manager what we're talking about,she gets mad puts me on hold and I wait for another 10 minutes and hangs up. I call back and she immediately wants to put me on hold and hangs up. These females were either on their days or haven't had a man lay down some good pipe on them.

I was terrified of having a root canal done but the staff took the time to make me feel comfortable and took great care of me- from the front desk ladies to the clinical team and the dentist that treated me. They all made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. They explained everything to me in detail from the financial part all the way to the end of the appointment. what a great experience! I never thought I would say this about an office, much less than a dentist office. Highly recommend this place to anybody that needs a root canal!

I want to thank all the staff at Root Canal Dentists for their excellent customer service... starting with Valerie, Diana, Corvin, and last but not least Dr Uppaluri... By far this is the best dentist office my son and I have been to... I really recommend coming here they explain the process throughly and make sure you understand step by step what needs to get done... they really take care of their patients here ... thanx guys
