Dr. Bhandari received her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honors) with a minor in Biochemistry from McMaster University located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada- where she was born and raised. Dentistry has always been her passion and she pursued her dreams at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland, Maine. It is here she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with a certificate in Dental Public Health Leadership.
Her goals are to educate patients on the importance of the relationship between oral health and systemic disease, as well as emphasizing proper dental hygiene in a fun and creative way to promote better overall health.
Dr. Bhandari completed her community-based externship in Boston, where she provided dental care to medically compromised individuals as well as the homeless. She continues to give back to the community by volunteering at the Preble Resource Center where she distributes food to individuals in need.
Soy is our hygiene lead and brings her contagious humor, laugh, enthusiasm, and compassion to our Roosevelt family. She graduated from UNE with a bachelors degree and received an outstanding education in bone and gum health some twenty plus years ago and she is never without a smile or a story about her life (just ask). Her personal goal is to develop a partnership with each person that will not only provide them with the highest quality dental care, but educate them on how oral care is the gateway to improving their overall health. She believes in treating people the way she would like to be treated. Soy resides in Windham with her husband, three children, a cat, and a dog. In her spare time, she enjoys substitute teaching, reading, unplug and just relax.
Cassie is thrilled to be part of the Roosevelt dental team. She is currently working on going back to school to become a certified Dental Assistant and then to UMA to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) She enjoys assisting Dr. Kim and Dr. Bhandari. She greets everyone with a smile and helps patients feel welcome. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, feeding herbirds, hiking and spending time with her boyfriend and dog Penny.
Kelcie is happy to join our Yarmouth team. She is dedicated to providing a friendly, comfortable office experience for our patients. Outside of work Kelcie enjoys spending time with her dogs and going out to eat.
Alana grew up in Saco, and now resides with her family in Limerick. She has been in the dental field for 9 years, starting out as an assistant. She enjoys welcoming patients to our office and making sure they feel like a part of our family by providing them with a positive experience. Alana and her husband have two young boys, keeping her busy while not at the office. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, and just being with her family.
Christina's mission is to ensure patient satisfaction and make sure employees are happy and thriving. Christina loves the dental field and spends her days commuting between Dr.Kim's 3 locations to coach and develop staff. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, husband & family!

The staff here is just the sweetest. I came in for an emergency visit, and was scared and feeling embarrassed about my situation. they made me feel so at ease with their non judge mental kindness. After today I have no more fear of the dentist, and I can't wait to go back.

The staff are very pleasant and great to deal with. My hygienist is so nice and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. It's painless and quick!

I had a wonderful experience with Soy today - she took the time and patience to actively listen to my fears and then provided everything she could to make the cleaning easier for me. I almost canceled my appointment today, but am happy I didn't! I'll be requesting Soy from now on :)

I was at Roosevelt Dental for a filling today. Dr. Bhandari was friendly and professional as always. Her assistant today was also professional and friendly (and she has a wonderful dog like mine). The staff at the check out are friendly and efficient too. I trust that I get the best in dental care at Roosevelt Dental.

Roosevelt Dental is the best dental practice I have been to. Friendly staff and very clean environment. My appointments are always right on time and have never been kept waiting, which is amazing! Dr. Bhandari is very thorough in her work and always explains every step very clearly. Soy is my hygienist and she makes cleanings a very smooth, quick, and enjoyable process as well. I highly recommend Roosevelt Dental to anyone looking for quality care in the Windham area! You'll be happy you made the switch!
