Dr. Bryan Roos received a BA in Art History from Brigham Young University before going on to earn his dental degree along with a Masters of Science in Dentistry from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While there, he also completed a one year advanced general dental residency. He then completed his orthodontic residency and earned his Masters in Orthodontics from West Virginia University. Dr. Roos is very active in the orthodontic community and frequently lectures to fellow dentists on the latest in orthodontic technology and early interceptive treatment for children. He continues to strive for excellence in his field by constantly pursuing continuing education in orthodontics and multidisciplinary dentistry.
When you come to visit us, you will be greeted with a warm smile and treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. Perhaps the strongest suit we have to offer, is the professionalism combined with employment longevity that our team members bring each and every day. We have been working as a cohesive orthodontic family for many years. Many of us have had the pleasure of working side by side at Roos Orthodontics for over 10 years! We love what we do and the environment we strive to create. This love of others not only extends to our guests, but among ourselves. Strong bonds of friendship have been fostered both inside and out of the walls of our business. We enjoy spending personal time with one another.
Here at Roos Orthodontics, we live by the mantra, next level, when it comes to the service we try to provide to all our guests. We want your experience here to be the next level up from what you expect, the next level up in quality from what you expect, and the next level up in professionalism from what you expect. Come see us and allow us to take you to the next level!
We stand by the American Association of Orthodontists recommendation that every child first visit an orthodontist by age 7, or earlier if a problem is detected by parents, the family dentist, or the childs physician. However, orthodontic treatment can be started at any age.
Patients with braces can still play sports, but we recommend that they protect their smiles by wearing a mouth guard when participating in any sporting activity. Mouth guards are inexpensive, comfortable, and come in a variety of colors and patterns.
We accept payment by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We are happy to discuss payment plans and set up payments that will work for you, and we also offer a discount for paying in full upfront.
Braces and wires continue to become more advanced, allowing us to keep pain to a minimum. Getting your braces put on is not painful, but you may experience some soreness for a few days, and your lips and cheeks may need some time to adjust to having something on your teeth. Over the counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can be used to reduce soreness, and were happy to provide brace covers to prevent discomfort.
Treatment times average one to two years, but completely depend on the individual treatment plan. Actual treatment time is affected by a variety of factors, like rate of growth, the severity of the condition, and patient compliance.
We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us, and we will arrange for you to pay the balance. We provide care to you, our patient, not your insurance company, so the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
Please understand that the insurance information provided by our office is an estimate of benefit only. Final determination of benefit will be provided once a claim is sent and eligibility is verified by your company. It is up to the individual to understand their benefits and how they are paid.
