Dr. Scott Rooker is a general dentist in Redmond, OR. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology at UC Santa Barbara and spent several years as a research associate at Stanford University where he discovered his passion and talent for working on a miniature scale. He later received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UCSF and met his wife while living in San Francisco. They now have two boys, Ford, 3 and Aiden who was born in October 2019.Dr. Rooker is passionate about dentistry and has been involved in multiple study clubs to further his skills and advance his knowledge. When not at work, Dr. Rooker enjoys mountain biking, skiing, working on cars, and of course, spending time with his family. Part of his vision for the practice is to treat all patients like family, which not only ensures that each patient will receive great care, but also allows us to make lasting relationships and actively enjoy visiting with each patient while they are here.
Outside of work Stefanie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Nick and their two dogs out camping, hunting, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen trying her hand in baked goods.
Heather is the office manager, receptionist and insurance coordinator, all in one! This means that when you call your experience will not be one transferring from person to person, or listening and navigating through automated systems, in search of someone that can assist you with your needs, Heather will be here to help you!
Heather has been a dental office manager for over 20 years. She was born and raised in the Redmond area, and has raised her two sons in Central Oregon as well. She enjoys spending time with her sons, daughter in-law, and beautiful granddaughter. Other important time is spent with extended family, friends, and numerous outdoor activities.
Heather looks forward to seeing all of the new and existing patients at her home away from home. Her career in the dental field is a blessing that she is very grateful for and enjoys each and every day.
Luz grew up in Hoodriver then attended and graduated Madras High School in 2002. The constant exposure to dental professionals during her 3 year treatment in orthodontic braces sparked an interest to become one herself. After completing a Dental Assisting program at Concorde Career Institute in 2003 Luz met the qualifications to become CDA, EFDA, and EFODA. Ever since Luz enjoys staying up to date with the dental profession attending continuing education classes whenever she can. Her favorite hobbies include exploring the outdoors, international traveling, and engaging in community outreach. Always wearing a smile, Luz looks forward to assisting you in your dental health care needs.
