Everyone at the front office is very friendly. Nareen has been doing an excellent job taking care of my teeth and gums for many years now. She always gives me tips on gum care and gives me a heads up when she finds something wrong. I just had a root canal with a minimum of discomfort. Now THAT was something!!

Very welcoming and pleasant environment from a design perspective. Everyone from front office staff to dental assistants, not least Dr. Mackay, appears very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Went in for a toothache, received a root canal, and look forward to getting my permanent crown in two weeks. No pain during the procedure and very slight sensitivity afterwards. Dr. Mackay has taken care of the teeth my 86 year old Mother, my Brother, my Sister, my son, and my two nephews for the last decade. It was my first time; I was very impressed and recommend their services to all.

As a previous customer of Dr Berg, all of his customers and most of his employees moved across the street to Dr. McKay. In succession it was like old home week and pretty seamless. Parking and back was a nice park. Dr. McKay's business is quite a bit larger however it hasn't lost its charm and family atmosphere. They have upgraded equipment like the Cavitron add Hi-Rez pictures to compare improvement or degradation of oral conditions. Overall it's been a good experience particularly since I have asked that Dr. McKay conduct final oral examinations after cleaning. He's affable and has a good sense of humor which I appreciate.

This was my first time at this dentist office. The office is new and clean. Everybody I met was very professional and extremely nice. I had a teeth cleaning but will be back to visit with Dr. McKay. My experience with Dr. McKay is fine. He is a good dentist, but I have had to go 4 times for a crown replacement and adjustments. Each time I am there, I am waiting a long time before I see him. They seem to over book him and he is juggling multiple patients at the same time. The rooms do not have walls so you can hear all of the conversations with other patients which makes it more frustrating when you are waiting lengthy times to be seen by him.
