Dr. Kohlbrand graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1988. He received his Bachelors degree in Biology from Harding University in 1983. He is a life long resident of Brevard County and graduated from Merritt Island High in 1979.
Dr. Kohlbrand ia a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Brevard County Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Through numerous continuing education classes and training, Dr. Kohlbrand makes it a prioity to encorporate the latest techniques and modern technology into his dental practice.
I am an extremely blessed mother of two children. My passions besides my love ones is anything outside, I love boating, going to the beach, stand up paddling and most of all planting and tending to my garden. My extensive management and customer service knowledge earned me the postion with Dr. Kohlbrand in 1996. I smile each day coming to work as I thoroughly enjoy my career. The experiences I have had over the years have taught me much about in the field dentistry and practice management.
I love my work. I highly respect and admire Dr. Kohlbrand and our staff. Most of all, I enjoy the wonderful people I meet while working in the practice. Over the years our staff, doctor and patients have become family to me.
I have been a dental assistant now for 20 years, 18 of which I have been here with Dr. Kohlbrand. I earned my certification at BCC in 1994 after moving down from MA. My official title is Dental Assistant but I wear many hats and am cross trained to assist in all the many duties of the front office area.
I enjoy all the aspects of my job due to the awesome realationships Ive developed over the years with my team members and patients. I am happily married for 23 years and have 3 wonderful children, two of which are grown and on their own adventures and one that is wonderfully creative and active. In my spare time youll catch me hanging out with family & friends at the pool,beach,shopping or just sitting in the yard with my 2 Boston Terriors admiring my flowers and the birds.
I love my job and truly enjoy helping our patients keep their smile healthly and beautiful. I am very fortunate to work with such a great team and work hard to make all of our patients happy, comfortable and welcome
Linda / Hygenienist Hi Im Linda, I was born in Bradford, PA and moved to Brevard in the early 1960s after my parents grew weary of shovelling snow. I graduated from Rockledge High in 1972 and received a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1974. I have been working to make the smiles of Brevard residents brighter ever since. After raising a family (3 grown children) I returned to school and received a Bachelors Degree in Health Services Management from UCF.
I have been working for Dr. Kohlbrand since he bought the practice in 1995. There have been many advantages to working in the sqame practice for many years. The most gratifying is seeing patients oral health improve from one check-up to the next. It is also very gratifying to see young patients grow up and now be seeing their children as well. When not in the office I enjoy kayaking and scubadiving with my husband and doing fun things with our grandchildren.
Nidia / Dental Assistant I am originally from Portugal and am fluent in portuguese and spanish which can be very helpful in our office at times. I am married, have a 20 year old son that currently attends UCF and a 17 year old daughter that just graduated from Merritt Island High School. I attended Nova Community College in Fairfax, Virginia for Dental Assisting.
I have worked for Dr. Kohlbrand for 16 years, but have been in the dentistry field for 23 years and really enjoy it. In my free time I love to read, do crafts, travel and spend time with my family, dog and friends.

I was a new patient on an emergency visit. The staff was friendly & very helpful. Dr was efficient and diagnosed my problem that needed alternative treatment outside of his office. They arranged for an appointment asap. I was very happy with the service I received.

Timely, efficient, friendly... I guess it was about as pleasant a visit to the dentist one might experience except when laughing gas is involved. Excellent Covid-19 precautions. Very professional! The practice continues to build an outstanding team.

Dr. Kohlbrand has been my dentist for 28 years. It is always a pleasure to go to his Office. The staff is exceptional. Highly, highly recommend this Dr. and office. I personally have recommended many to go over the years and they were never disappointed. My family wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is ALWAYS kind and very professional.

Great visit from beginning to end. The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming and informative about procedure costs and insurance coverage. Dr. Kohlbrand was awesome. Explained and listened to any questions about.plan of action on my dental work. His assistant was gentle and explained everything that was happening. Recommend this office highly.

I'm a new patient and the experience has simply been terrific! I'm looking forward to the final results of my treatment which is currently underway. Highly recommend! Update Aug 23/22: Another great visit with Dr. Kohlbrand and staff! Who knew visiting the dentist could be fun as well.
