Dr. Allen and his staff do such an excellent job. I have been to his office for multiple root canal treatments and also oral surgery. They are prompt, gentle and do a great job explaining the whole process. His office staff are very kind and go out of their way to ensure the best care. I wouldn't go anywhere else for these procedures.

Yeah, no. He's VERY passive and rude!!!!! He cut me off so many times and wasn't listening to me at all. He made super sarcastic comments and his vibe was just pure nasty. Truly the worst dentist I have ever been too I would never go back.

Very well kept and the staff was incredible! Dr Allen made sure I completely understood what was happening! The staff was very welcoming when I came in.

From setting up the appointment to leaving the office everything was beyond amazing. The staff in the front office were very helpful with all my questions and the assistants in the back were gentle. Dr. Allen was gentle from start to finish. He explained everything in a way that I understood what was happening. Definitely a great place and staff!

Overall kind staff. They were very professional over the phone as well as in office during my appointment. Dr. Allen was very thorough in his diagnosis and made sure that I was aware of what treatment I needed.

Worst experience ever with a dentist. I went to Dr Allen as a referral for a root canal. He stated, after review of the xrays he took, it would be best to have the tooth removed. He said that he would send his diagnosis to my regular dentist. That never happened. I also had an infection in another tooth that he recommended gum surgery. Days later, during the surgery I started feeling extreme pain. He became angry about my sensing pain and became aggressive to complete the process and literately stormed out of the room after it was done. I went back to have my stitches removed and his very helpful and kind assistant did all the work. Dr Allen didn't even bother to look at my gums to confirm if it was healing properly even though his assistant had lowered me back in the chair and stated that Dr. Allen would come in to check on things. I made an immediate appointment to see my own dentist and he is monitoring my healing. I requested again that Dr Allen send my dentist all of the x rays that he took and his initial findings about the reason for not doing the root canal and he still has not complied. The office staff was very friendly and considerate. His assistant was very comforting and said she was sorry for my discomfort. Dr Allens' demeanor is unfriendly and unprofessional.

I just called to ask about a procedure and the receptionist was rude her tone of voice sounds like she is irritated. I'm not from the area nor do I live in Indy she was awful hopefully her attitude changes take a class on customer service. Do not recommend

Don't go here. They are very aggressive in a passive kind way. After consultation they placed numbing agent on my tooth root in preparation of a treatment which we didn't even discuss. They said they like to be prepared in case I wanted to do the procedure. I declined and let them know that I didn't like that they put a numbing agent without letting me know. Even the receptionist is pushy trying to make me schedule procedure. Stay away unless you have immediate injury.

Dr. Allen had to do 2 emergency root canals on my 13 year old. He was very friendly and talked to him about what was going to happen and when to expect it. Another surgery in the morning not worried now I know he is so great.
