Tosch Dental first opened its doors in 1984 out of a small space in Benicias Brick Power House Building. In these early days, Dr. Tosch, and wife Cindy, supported their growing Dental Practice by running a Dental Lab catering to many other dental offices in the area.
We have been blessed with a highly reliable and capable staffmost of which have been with us for over 10 years. Having long-term team members has allowed us to adapt and grow alongside the families in our community. Dr. Toschs goal has always been aimed at not only serving the communitybut being a part of it.
In an effort to provide his community with the utmost standard of care, Dr. Tosch has placed much importance on staying current with ever-changing dental technology. We are proud to offer the most current treatment options, as well as, an extensive range of services from braces to implants.
This is probably because Dr. Tosch could have just as easily wound up on a football field as in a dental office. Fresh out of High School, he was presented with a very difficult choice: 2 completely different College scholarships. Should he attend the University of Miami and utilize his athletic skill as a Linebacker, or concentrate more on his studies with a full Academic Scholarship to University of Central Michigan? Due to a lifelong dream of working in the health professions, he chose an academic route.
After spending his first 3 out of 4 years at the top of his class, caring for his wife Cindy, as she went through a very difficult pregnancy, took priority over class rankings. Ultimately, Dr. Tosch graduated 2nd in his class at Detroit-Mercy Dental School.
Over the last 25 years, there hasnt been a single day that he hasnt enjoyed coming to work. He enjoys meeting new people, catching up with others and working with a staff that feels more like family. We hope you will enjoy our office as much as we do!
Without Cindy, Tosch Dental would not be what it is today. She is the foundation behind the business. Every aspect of this practice has been finely tuned by her charisma, dedication and hard work. In the early years, she helped start the practice by running a dental lab utilized by many different dentists in the area. Today, shes the one making sure we are all happy here at Tosch Dental. She has hand-picked each and every team member in hopes of creating a cohesive teama family.
As many people in the community know, Diane has been a hygienist at Dr. Toschs for many yearssince 1998 to be exact. She has a way about her that makes her patients feel more like old friends. With a truly kind and warm disposition, Diane represents our mission at Tosch Dental. We want you to feel at homeeven in the dental chair. Diane has mastered this by just being herself. She is a true joy to work with, filling the office with a warmth that her coworkers couldnt live without.
Michelle likes to get to know her patients. She likes the fact that she gets to see each and every one of them 2 to 3 times a year. The best part of her job is the opportunity to help people in her community to smile just a little bit biggerand hopefully more often! Whats still to come? After working with her dad for the past year (and many, many more to come), shes currently in the process of putting together an Oral Hygiene Education Program for Preschool- and Elementary-age children.
Shortly after completing the Dental Assisting program at Carrington College, Gina came to our office as an intern in early 2010. Needless to say, with her positive attitude, enduring work ethic and easy smile, we could not let her leave. She was offered a permanent position as one of Dr. Tosch's assistants. Not only does Gina help ensure that the treatment of our patients runs smoothly, she has an incredible ability to put those around her at ease-a quality that is all too important in the dental setting.

If you want a dental practice that makes you feel comfortable and part of the family look no further. Dr.Tosch and his amazing group of professionals put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Even behind the masks you can see their smiling 'eyes'. Each dental chair has its own large room and it feels like a private suite. Once seated all procedures are explained and questions answered, and there is no feeling of 'pressure' or unneeded up-sales on extra dental work pushed on you. My whole family actually enjoys going to the dentist with Dr. Tosch. Everyone is so patient, kind and amazing with my autistic son, proceeding at his pace and comfortability with each steps of his appointment. Even my husband, who hated the dentist prior to us getting married, attends regular appointments and was actually excited with his new at home waterpik flosser. I mean if this office can make you excited about dental health why look any further? Book your appointment today, your teeth will thank you :)

I hated going to the dentist my entire life and I still do but I love coming to Dr. Tosch. I think this is the longest I've ever kept a dentist (6 years). Great and friendly staff. I hope he never retires or else I'm never going to the dentist again .

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was spotless and had a real homie-feeling. I had to get xrays to see where my pain was coming from. When Dr. Tosch came into the room he shook my hand and I was immediately put at ease.

My family and I have been with Dr. Tosch for almost 18 years. Dr. Tosch has always provided excellent dental care as has my regular hygienist, Diane. When you walk into the office, you are always greeted by name and always made to feel welcome. A few years ago we had a dental emergency on a Sunday morning. Within half an hour of placing the call, Dr. Tosch and his daughter, Michelle, were in the office repairing my daughter's broken front tooth. My daughter was very nervous but they both put her at ease and she was extremely grateful to be able to show her smile again!

I started going to Dr. Tosch about two years ago. The staff is awesome and definitely friendly. The entire office is just relaxing and very nice. I really like that they send me a postcard and call me to remind me of upcoming appointments too.

Dr. Tosch has been my dentist for over 15 years. From the moment I enter the office to the moment I leave I am treated like a queen. The staff is extremely attentive to my needs. Dr. Tosch is great he is always having a good time with me and the other patients and staff at the office.

I'm always able to get right in and out which is nice because I'm always in a hurry. Their practice is just off the charts. I can't say anything bad about it. You get a good feeling when you go there.
