The doctor seemed decent from the consultation, its the rest that's just weird. Seemed like they just wanted to charge me for everything before checking my insurance: 1. Visit $90 (it was covered) 2. Dental scans ~$250 (I'd already sent them, they told me another scan was required even though these were just a week old) 3. Root canal $260 (it was covered) 4. Finally, they charged $15 for "sanitization and infection prevention" (?!). No prior notice, no signs anywhere. I thought its a one-off thing until it happened 4 times in a single visit.

This dentist office is literally a scam. They try to charge $15 for "sanitization and infection prevention" i told them I'm not paying that. They have me paying over 600 for a crown.... And all these fees keep adding in like sorry. Not happening

Efficient dentist, horrible billing & coding staff. Poor customer service , communication and booking at this office, constant excuses for poor contact with insurance company specifically Blue Cross & Blue Shield, last minute notifications of fees st time of service despite 3 weeks advance scheduling. This wasn't the first or second time, repeatedly after multiple treatments. This was the last time, late service, poor customer service, and constant turnover of front end staff. Rude staff that contacts insurance and she always has an excuse for why she waited almost 3 weeks to provide a quote.

Thank you for your excellent service. As a new patient, for the first time I felt like I had a thorough review and cleaning of my teeth in my life. I left feeling comfortable that my dental care is in the right hands with Dr. George. He is so thorough and takes the time to explain. He truly wants the best dental health for you. The office manager, dental esthetician and staff were a bonus. All very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Do yourself (and teeth) a favor; Dr George is the best dentist ever!

I've been going to Doctor George for 17 years , the staff are friendly the most important thing to me they welcome my daughter who is Autistic with open arm , no judgement, they treat her with respect what can I say they're the best

I called the office to get a quote for braces (upper and lower) and they would not release cost pricing over the phone and insisted that i come in person. My ability to get the orthodontic treatment is contingent upon pricing which should be disclosed - your staff should give out pricing rather than limit access to your office by withholding that information. God Bless

He is an awesome dentist through, accurate, gentle, great bed side manners. He explains things for you to feel comfortable. My 3 toddlers are not afraid when they go to see Dr George. His staff is amazing and they work with you on financially. The girls that assist him are awesome. Great place I recommend this office any day.

Dr George and his staff are the best! My kids have been patients for 20 years. Then he started to treat adults!! So happy! He's the best!
