I saw Dr caylor a few years ago for a wisdom tooth extraction. He was nice during the consult, but when he was unable to get an IV he became frustrated & nasty, saying after 3 attempts, if I don't get it next time, you're walking out of here, procedure will be cancelled, it stressed me out so badly as I was in pain. Thank God he got it. But I had months of discomfort after. But now another wisdom tooth needs to be extracted & it sure won't be him.

Dr Caylor removed two inferior implants that were placed by another oral surgeon in another state. He replaced them with three implants. He is a very kind and excellent oral surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Caylor

This man is nasty and abusive. I have been to see him three times having a tooth extracted and readied for a dental implant. He has been unwilling to listen to and discuss my individual needs as a patient. I had very bad experiences in my childhood. I now have panic attacks (PTSD) which I unable to control. He has refused to give me sedation when I feel like I have needed it. On my last visit again he refused to sedate me without a shouting tantrum and telling me he neither wanted or needed me as a patient. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy

In my opinion does unnecessary procedures that cost money, for example he put you to sleep, went to a different oral surgeon for a similar problem, and he did not put me to sleep for less and half the cost with the same results.

Please be aware that the negative review left by Sara Winters in most likely not a real review. She left negative reviews for 5 local oral surgeons claiming her husband or her had been a patient and a whole host of things went wrong. The only positive review she left was for New Frontier Oral Surgery. She also left a bad review for my company even though she was never a customer and coincidentally left it right after I had left a negative review for New Frontier . We believe she either works at or is related to Doctor at New Frontier. Please do not hold her negative review against this doctor. He did not deserve it. I am posting this same review on the other doctors she claimed her husband had bad experience with (All 5 of them and all within a couple mile radius of New Frontier.

Dr. Caylor himself is actually an amazing person! His spirits are high and he's filled with personality. The reason I only give two stars is because of his staff and I'm hoping this can be used specifically for critical purposes to provide a different outlook for my encounters today. Firstly, I felt like I was judged upon entering the facility. I'm an observant person who studies body language/ attitude with sociology being my minor. I noticed immediately once I entered eye view of the staff. After getting my x rays done, which I was not informed prior to my visit that I would have to get or pay for since my ortho had already sent them over, the bedside manor I received from Laura (I believe that's her name) was distant. I felt every bit of her presence of how she truly had preferred to be elsewhere. I asked a couple of questions as she input the data necessary on the computer/ paperwork but I got little to no response. When she did respond, her responses were curt. I had already seen and spoken to Dr. Caylor and it was now time to leave to pay. At the end of any visit/ medical encounter, one is usually verbally told, "you're all done! You can come check out now", or something/ anything in that manor. I didn't get that... Laura stood up from her seat and said, "Alright!" And walked out of the room. Not lifting the arm of the chair that she initially placed downward once I sat, or instructing me that it was time to go. It came off really rude, although I'm sure, or I hope, she didn't mean it that way. Upon checkout, little eye contact was made and no conversation or farewell was stated. Once I had said "have a good day" is when I got responses. I just got a tense vibe from the staff and did not feel the least bit welcomed by them. I understand it's the end of your work day; we all have hard days. But your patients should feel comfort from it's dental team. I'm a pre-dental major myself and I've interned at offices & I've been to a few offices as a PT. I've never had such a tense, quiet visit such as this. I hope this review was helpful.
