We have created an office that is warm, relaxing and inviting. Our reception area offers smooth jazz music with a coffee bar and cable TV. Each operatory looks out on to a beautiful nature setting. You can relax and watch the birds and squirrels or enjoy your favorite TV program, all while opening wide!
Unlike the cold, sterile atmosphere of a typical dentists office, Ron S. White DDS features details that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our office is located between Dripping Springs and Austin on a heavily wooded one acre landscape. The 6000 square-foot facility was designed to help our patients relax, with details and rich decor that you might expect to find at an upscale resort. This calming dental spa-like atmosphere truly helps our patients feel at ease from the moment they step through the door. We go out of our way to pamper our patients to help them have the most relaxing dental care experience possible. Upon graduation in 1996, they moved to Austin where Dr. White started practicing with Longhorn Dental. In 1999 Dr. White established his private practice in Dripping Springs. While in Dripping Springs, Dr. White and Andrea have been blessed with a daughter Grace and a son Andrew.
While in Dripping Springs, Dr. White has become well-known for his community service. He has served as President of the Lions Club, and the United Methodist Men. Additionally, he was Chairman of the Founders Day Commission and the Wild Game Dinner Committee. He was also appointed to the Citys Parks Board and the Chamber of Commerce Board.
Currently Dr. White and Andrea have turned their attention to the ministry at the Burke Center for Youth where he is serving as a mentor to one of the male residents as well as spearheading the Burke Rally fundraiser.
Among his many hobbies, barbecuing, hunting and singing are his favorites. He is lead singer of The Carport Casanovas, often featured around town at restaurants and special events. But most important to Dr. White is his faith. He strongly believes that dentistry is a ministry that God has called him to. He and his team feel so blessed to be able to continue to serve God in their new beautiful state of the art facility!

This was back in 2003 or 2004 when I went to see Ron White. I had spent quite a bit of money for cosmetic dental work only months before. I was given an estimate for the work to be done, which was fine. He was to also clean my teeth and prescribed a sedative for me. When I left, I was still out of it and did not know what Ron had done. He did exactly what was on the estimate, plus, he totally destroyed the thousands of dollars I had spent on the cosmetic dental work but did not say one word about doing it. Then when it came time to pay, it was over $600 more than the estimate when he had done exactly what the estimate stated. When I questioned it, I was told it was like a car estimate and you never pay what their estimate gives. There was no apology or mention of the cosmetic dental work he destroyed. In essence, he owed me money but because he was friends with a family member of mine, I did not take action to right the wrong. However, I paid the estimate cost and sent in something like $10-$20 dollars a month for some time for what had been added onto my bill yet nothing else had been done, except to destroy the work which I had done prior to Ron's work. He is a Christian man, so I was surprised he never even mentioned completely destroying my cosmetic dental work. Plus, it simply was not right to give an estimate, do exactly what was on the estimate, then charge over $600 more. I would have written a review sooner but I actually blocked his name from my memory and just recently asked my family member his name. He certainly did not bear the good fruits a believer bears. A strong believer would have admitted the destruction of the previous work I had done and tried to make things right. He did not even apologize. I pray his business has changed and honesty is apart of his business, now. ****************************** I am just now seeing your response. No, there was no miscommunication. If you will look at the reviews I have written, I "believe" all of my reviews are 5 Star reviews with the exception of Ron and one restaurant. I had much rather tell people about great places than write a negative review. I started feeling guilty that I had not even warned people with my own experience. No miscommunication whatsoever. I do not hold a grudge, I simply felt badly I had not given any review when things were so bad there. I truly hope things are better and more honest in Ron's office now.

I called and just wanted a cleaning and they said you have to go through all of these different kinds of examinations before you get a cleaning, Its just to get more money from people and insurance, its sad this place is money hungry. There is absolutely no sense in going through all these other different kinds of examinations just to get to the cleaning process, they just lost my business

I broke a molar up to the root and Dr. White got me in right away. He dedicated the next two hours to fixing the problem which required oral surgery. Then checked in on me later that evening to see how I was doing. They respond quickly, make time for emergencies, provide excellent dental care and follow up with afterwards to ensure recovery is progressing. Best dentist I've ever had!

I love my dental office and have been going for many years. My only complaint is that when i arrived for my last appointment prior to my 8am time i guess i was not checked in when the receptionist arrived. At 812 i received a call from Ron S White while i was sitting in their lobby asking if i had just arrived and i told them "no, i have been here since before 8am". I guess the receptionist had not checked me in even though i had filled out the covid form right there at the desk. A little frustrating but i still give 4 stars overall because i usually have no issues.

The office staff is always nice and helpful. After this last visit I was even more impressed with Dr White and the rest of the staff. They were able to replace a an older crown very easy and in 1 day and fix a cavity.

My appointment had to be rescheduled, and they contacted me several times with options that were sooner than the appointment we originally made. Due to my schedule, I was unable to make any of the earlier options, but I did appreciate their tenacity. LISA is a wonderful hygienist. This was the quickest and easiest cleaning I've ever had. Dr. White is a great dentist as well as human being. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further!

Our family has been under the care of Dr.White and his staff for over 20 years. Although we no longer live in Dripping Springs we drive over an hour twice a year for the friendly, honest and efficient care.

Great visit as always. Front office staff is friendly and accommodating. My first time to have my teeth cleaned by Lexi and she was great. Very thorough, yet gentle. Dr. White is alway very professional, friendly, and also thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
