Dr. Townsend has served in the Army since 2014 - stationed at Fort Campbell with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). In his spare time, Dr. Townsend enjoys watching sports; he is a die-hard Chicago sports fan. He enjoys watching football, however you can find him shooting some hoops at the local basketball court. He also enjoys fitness and traveling. Dr. Townsend a proud father to one son, Caleb.

Absolutely amazing! Every individual in this office was so nice and very energetic. They explained everything to me and made sure I was always comfortable. I will NEVER go to another dentist office as long as this one is open. First time ever i am excited to get my teeth worked on. Edited to add: They are also very good and patient with children

My kids loved the first visit, the dentist and assistants were super friendly and made my kids feel very comfortable. The receptionist was also super nice and very welcoming !

Just had a tooth extraction today October 13th 2022. BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. All the employees are very knowledgeable and made me feel 100% at ease through my whole experience! I highly recommend Romeoville Smiles Dentistry! Thank you

Went in for an emergency that ended up being two root canals and Dr. Townsend and the staff were super kind and helpful. I have some bad history with dentists and pain management and the team took fantastic care of me through the whole process. I look forward to continuing to utilize their services!

I found this business through its online reviews. I had the same dentist for 27 years but moved and didn't want to drive 25 miles to my dentist. I cannot believe how different my experiences are now. I was always in pain with my last dentist when I left the office. I don't even feel the shot with this one. They were so nice during my first appointment, I thought it was fake. It's not! They are just wonderful people. The service is honest, quick, and thorough. I wish I would have come here many years ago. The best part is, the dentist is younger than me, so I know he is not going to retire before me. I should include the hygienist. Best cleaning I've ever had. It was a deep cleaning, and again, no pain at all. It was quick and thorough.

I had my tooth extracted today and I have to say my experience there was not anything I expected. I was a bit nervous and anticipating a painful experience. It was nothing of the sort. I have not felt anything and they were very professional and informative. I am very pleased!

I went to another practice that I loved for more than 30 years. When I moved I wanted to find a dentist closer to my new home and they recommended Romeoville Smiles. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I checked out I had a great experience and left feeling as confident as I had been with my previous dental office. Friendly and thorough cleaning and exam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction while I'm in town from out of state. Person scheduling the appointment told me that I would be okay to drive home from the extraction. When I arrive to my appointment I wait for 15 minutes after my appointment time to be told I'm only here for a consultation. If I booked a consultation why would they person scheduling me confirm that I would be okay to drive myself? This was not my first appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed here either. Inexplainable unprofessional from front desk and assistant staff.
