Dr. Anna Romans grew up in Manlius, graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius High School. She received her bachelors in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Romans continued her education with a general residency program through St. Josephs Hospital Health Center. She is passionate about dentistry and rendering personalized care for her patients. Dr. Romans stays up-to-date on the latest technology in dentistry to help provide the best and most comfortable care available to her patients.She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and 2 children, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Dr. Sheila Soltani graduated with honors from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor in Science in Biochemistry. She continued her studies at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where she received her DDS with honors and minors in pediatrics and periodontics.
Dr. Soltani completed her post graduate residency at St. Josephs Hospital Health Center. She now teaches at the Dental Residency Program at St. Josephs Hospital Health Center. She is passionate and caring about practicing dentistry. She stays current with new dental technologies and procedures to provide the best quality dental treatments for her patients. Dr. Soltani enjoys spending time with her husband and twins. She loves biking and traveling.
Dani has been in the dental field for 15 years helping patients with insurance, scheduling and so much more. With her knowledge of dental insurance, she is able to assist patients with scheduling treatment as well as outlining possible benefits. If she doesnt have the answer, she will be sure to get one for you! Dani has a natural knack for multitasking and organization, keeping the office running smoothly.
Known for her upbeat and outgoing nature, Dani likes to make people smile. She is always willing to help her coworker in whatever they need, and strives for excellence in all she takes on. Dani and her husband Calyn reside in Syracuse with their only child Jaxon and husky Titan. She enjoys anytime with Jax as its always an adventure.
She has many years experience in periodontics and is certified to administer local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide analgesia. Donna enjoyed working as an adjunct clinical instructor for Canton Universitys dental hygiene program.
She is a firm believer in the importance of oral health and is an active member of a new Dental Study Group in Syracuse. Donna has volunteered for organizations such as the ARC, Special Olympics, and Missions of Mercy. She believes patients deserve nothing but the best of care, attends frequent continuing education courses, and meets with pharmaceutical representatives to stay up to date on current technology. Donna has been involved with evaluating products for Colgate, Colgate Advisory Committee.
Donnas family is the most important thing to her. She has a son Michael, daughter in law Kayla , and a daughter, Kristin. Shes a Gigi to 4 beautiful grandchildren. Michael serves in the US Air Force and Kristin works at Syracuse University.
She is always willing to try something fun. She loves the outdoors and has a love for sailing, boating, swimming, cooking, decorating, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Donna enjoys football and basketball .
Debbie started at this office with Dr. F. John Sullivan and continued as Dr. R.J. Dietz took over the practice. Now she is looking forward to working with Dr. Romans and Dr. Soltani. Over the years shes had the pleasure of caring for several generations of patients. They have become like family to her.
Debbie graduated with an Associate of Science degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Onondaga Community College making the Deans List and graduating with honors. Debbie has received Dental Licenses in New York, Vermont and New Hampshire.She also attended State University of New York at Oswego for Computer Science.Debbie enjoys taking continuous education classes such as Scaling and Root Planning for the Dentist and Dental Hygienist University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. A sampling of the many seminars include: Periodontal Management, Implant Techniques, Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Pathology, Concepts in Digital Radiology, Infection Control, and CPR and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals. Debbie greatly enjoys patients, and helping them with their oral hygiene. She truly believes in giving all her patients the best of care.
She really enjoys spending time with her two sons. She likes traveling, spending beach time in Florida, taking her FHIIT BARRE & bodyworks classes, skiing, hiking, walking her golden retriever Mia and playing with her Sunny Cat. Shes taken many photography classes and loves gourmet cooking.
Mary Lou has been a licensed dental assistant for over 15 years as well as a DANB member. She is a married mother of three and a doggie mom to her French bulldog, Roscoe, whom are the loves of her life. When shes not in the office taking care of patients you can find her in the kitchen cooking, which is her second passion in life.
Mallarie is a licensed dental assistant for over 7 years. She attended BOCES Dental Assistant program and was on the National Honor Technical Society. She is a proud dog mom to her Australian Heeler mix, Lola, who means the world to her. When shes not in the office taking care of patients, you can find her at concerts and at home enjoying life with Lola.
Kim, who you may also hear Dr. Romans refer to as Peanut, has been a Dental Assistant since 2016. She attended Hudson Valley Community College for Dental Assisting, graduated top of the class and received the First Advantage Dental Assisting Award. She attended Onondaga Community College for Surgical Technology and before that received an Associates degree from Morrisville State College.
She has a daughter, Maysun, and she is Kims pride and joy. She is also known as mom to their dog, Daphne, a small 9 pound calico cat named Agent 99 and a Maine Coon cat named Nimbu, weighing in at 30 pounds.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter. Kim loves being outdoors and some of her favorite activities include kayaking, hiking, camping, and working on a variety of different crafts.

Always a fantastic place to get dental care. One of my biggest concerns with healthcare of any sort is an overzealous provider who recommends dental work that isn't necessarily mandatory. This is 100% not that kind of practice! Both Dr. Roman's and Dr. Soltani are appropriately conservative and competent in treatment options. I am also one to ask questions and they have never been offended and are more than happy to explain the why and how. That being said. I have and will continue to refer to their practice.

Incredibly happy with the quality of care I received. Friendly office, very knowledgable staff, and I felt comfortable the entire time (as comfortable as a cleaning can be!) Best Dentistry I have been with by far and would recommend to everyone

I am still new here, only been 3 times, but everyone that I have talked to is super nice and friendly. Dr. Soltani is very gently and she takes her time. I've never liked going to the dentist but I feel more relaxed going here. I have had to have 2 fillings and I didn't feel anything. They explain things to me in a way that I can understand what's going on. They have talked to me about a tooth that has some issues with it that I never knew before. I highly recommend Romans and Soltani!!

This place is the best! The entire staff is a delight. I have been going to this place since before Dr. Romans & Solano took over and I didn't think it was possible to get any better and yet it has! They are patient and safety centered but also a lot of fun. Who thinks their dentistry team is fun? Always great music playing from their fun staff and they really help make the best recommendations for treatment without upselling you. I've gotten thousands of dollars worth of work done here and even as an adult learned a ton about my dental hygiene since coming to this location. They take time to explain things and get to know you. If you need a new dentist pick them. You can thank me later!

This dental practice is wonderful! Dr. Romans and Dr. Soltani are very gentle and caring and explain everything they do. The dental hygenists and dental assistants are highly competent and personable. The office manager sets a welcoming tone, and is very efficient. I feel extremely confident recommending this practice!

Dr. Romans and Dr. Soltani are wonderful dentists and people. I have always had great anxiety going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth. I would cringe at even a cleaning. The whole staff at this office is caring and compassionate. They work with me and my concerns and I have never had any problems. My whole family goes here now. Competent, caring, explaining every procedure or process warranted...you'd be happy you chose them!

Ever since my facial injury I use to dread going to the dentist. That has since changed since switching to Romans and Soltani Dentistry. They all took time to address my concerns and made me feel comfortable being in the chair. Thank you Dr. Romans and staff!!!

Dr. Romans and Dr. Soltani have made the transition to new ownership seamless. They took over right before the pandemic and really have shown their true passion for dentistry through their commitment to reopen (invested $$$ to redo floors and air quality). They are dedicated to their work and focus on what is needed to help keep their patients mouths healthy and their practice safe. Thanks team! Excellent dental practice!!So grateful to have such amazing professionals providing my dental careDonna P. has guided me over the past several years in using proper techniques for tooth and gum care, supportive and extremely thorough in her evaluations, giving our dentist information needed for further treatment as needed. Dr. Soltani has provided excellent treatment as I had more extensive dental procedures, with positive outcome. Dr. Romans is very professional, offering solutions to the previously mentioned issues. Bonnie, has been at my side many times, easing me through difficult procedures. Debbie, and Marisa are always so pleasant and helpful! Dani is efficient and very helpful in completing the paperwork needed for insurance purposes, fitting my schedule into theirs, and soo much more. Thankyou for taking such good care of me!!

My original dentist, who I really really liked, retired rather suddenly. He knew Dr. Romans and Dr. Sultani and he knew that they were very good caring dentists. So with the welfare of his patients in mind, he sold his practice to them, and they have proven to be every bit as good, if not better, than the original dentist himself, again who I really really liked. Dr. Roman and Dr. Soltani are, bothe, extremely knowledgeable, up to date, competent, caring, and engaging dentists. Their practice also includes very knowledgeable and professional hygienist, who truly know how to care for, and train their patients to take care of gums and other issues. Their clerical staff is also top-notch, with a great care for the patients, and a broad knowledge of how to deal with insurance companies, to insure thst they pay for the services that they need to pay for. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for really good and professional Dentistry.
