Treven B. Rollins, DMDDr. Treven Rollins attended Paradise Valley High School, Northern Arizona University, Brigham Young University, and the Oregon Health Sciences University, where he graduated with high honors and received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. He completed his orthodontic residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Rollins has been nominated by his peers for many years and has consistently received the prestigious award of one of Phoenixs Top Dentists. He is active in his community and is an adjunct professor at the A.T. Still School of Dentistrys orthodontic residency program. Dr. Rollins is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Arizona Orthodontic Study Club. Dr. Rollins was raised near Cave Creek, Arizona, and currently resides in Gilbert with his wife, Rebecca, and five children. He loves outdoor activities, but he especially enjoys playing basketball before starting the workday. Dr. Rollins is able to speak fluent Spanish and is committed to providing our patients with the most up-to-date treatments available.
Alan M. Petersen, DDSDr. Alan Petersen attended Gilbert High School, Brigham Young University, Arizona State University, and the University of the Pacific, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He continued on to Saint Louis University where he received his Master of Science in Dentistry and completed his orthodontic residency. Dr. Petersen is board certified in orthodontics and is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Petersen was raised in Gilbert, Arizona, and currently resides there with his wife, Amy, and their eight children. He is an avid runner and competed in this years Ragnar race. He also loves to cook and is a master at smoking meats. Dr. Petersen is fluent in Spanish and believes in providing the highest quality care he would expect for his own children.

Really liked the doctors. Drs are very nice and fast. The DA's are okay. They have some attitude sometimes. One time I asked for some advil or Tylenol after an appointment and they said no. Even though the last 2 times they gave it to me because I had to go to work right after and my teeth were aching. I work in a dental office as well and not once have I ever declined a pt Tylenol. The front desk financial lady is rude and impatient. I was in the hospital about a month or 2 ago and got behind on all my financials. The lady was literally harassing me to make a $300 payment to get my braces off. Like chill you're gunna get your money. I scheduled to make another payment a week later so I can catch up and she just gave me attitude. Then proceed to try and keep the rest of my change saying well just use the $200 and make the rest of the payment next week. Like no I had to pay rent and everything else, she was very insensitive about my situation. She walked away rude as hell. I expected better care tbh because my office refers out to this ortho team. I have talked to my office about my experience and they're not very pleased. The dr was very nice and understanding getting my braces off especially with how much sensitivity I had. He numbed me and did the best he can.

Everyone of the staff is kind, friendly and gentle! Whenever we've had an "emergency" (ie a loose bracket, wire poking) they were very timely to get us in quickly! Highly recommend

I had braces here when I was 15. Ultimately, the retainer they gave me caused my front tooth to stick out and ruined my smile over all. I've been unsatisfied with my smile for years which has lead me to looking into getting braces for a second time. I gave this office another chance since I am already familiar with their office. I went in for a consultation, and had a terrible interaction with the financial lady or office manager, whatever she is. I felt very judged, she didn't seem to have my best interest what so ever. Didn't care to explain anything to me, more so just assumed it was about price and had a snotty attitude when I asked her questions. It's very concerning when a business asks $4,000-5,000 for their services but judges your financial situation without even understanding it first. It was a mistake even considering them.

Day 2 and 2nd time an attachment has completely come off. Less that 48 hours. Nobody told me of the fangs protruding under the not clear "Invisalign", nobody has instructed me how to clean and or care for my attachments and or brackets I wasn't told about, nor the rubber bands. it's like a sheep herding farm where the actual Dr maybe wanders by to have a glance.

I never thought I would be able to afford braces! Everyone at R&P Ortho is so kind and works with almost every budget! They were so amazing working with my schedule and fitting me in on those hard days and times :) Answering all my questions and worries/ wonders about how things were working they are so amazing here I would recommend them to ANYONE! Young, old, metal braces, Invisalign, or any work you think you may need in straightening your teeth come and they will answer all of your questions! I love you guys & gals!

My son just completed his braces with Rollins and Peterson and I couldn't be more happy! Every employee that we encountered over the years has been friendly and upbeat. Rollins and Peterson made sure my sons bite was perfect before taking off his braces. They are both artistic masters at not only delivering a cosmetically beautiful smile but one that is also completely functional. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Rollins and Petersen are the best! We had a few consultations before starting treatment for our daughter over two years ago. Her treatment plan was not typical, as she had multiple issues to be addressed. I was confident in my decision of choosing them from that first consultation.
