He encourages patients to speak openly about any concerns, fears or questions, and he works with them to put them at ease and to determine the right approach for their unique situation. His patients come from around the block, around the state and even beyond to experience the warm, personal care thats provided.
He continues his dental education by attending and participating in numerous seminars covering a variety of subjects including cosmetics, endodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry just to name a few.
He is committed to providing top quality, comprehensive treatment options by keeping himself updated with new procedures and technologies as they emerge. His involvement with study clubs and professional meetings keeps him current on the latest science and technology. Which means his patients can be confident theyll receive the latest in proven treatment standards with the highest quality results.
I graduated from Loma Linda University school of Dentistry in 1998. For a brief period I had an office in Spokane. Then I moved back to the great northwest in 2002 and have had the privilege of practicing here ever since.
I enjoy dental hygiene, the patients I serve, and the group of people I work with. I love the field of dentistry and the culture of lifelong learning. I am passionate about client education, and strive to deliver comfortable, compassionate care.
I earned my Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. In January 2020, I joined Dr. Falter and his team at Fairway Dental Care as the hygienist. I am thankful to be working with such a fantastic group of people in a beautiful, modern office.
Im Desi and I am a Washington native. I was born in Portland Oregon and moved to Castle Rock WA when I was about nine year old and have been here ever since. I started in the dental fild in 2014 and have loved it ever since. I have one cat and one dog and like watching Netflix and playing video games with my cat.
Im Giselle and Im new to dentistry as well as Dr Falters team. Dentistry has always interested me since a young age. Now, having the opportunity to work with real people and gain experience has been very rewarding.
When Im not at the office, I spend most of my time with friends. Im a Washington and Lewis County native. So I love to road trip, hike and explore what the great PNW has to offer. Im looking forward to continuing to work with our patients and helping them achieve a healthy, happy smile!
Hi! Ive worked with Dr Falter since the beginning of time, well for the last 20 years at least. I love working with our patients and getting to know each one as a person.To me, its the best part of working in a dental office.
My favorite way to spend free time is with my three kids, who are the joy of my life. My daughter and I show British shorthair cats. We have fun going to shows together and raising kittens. Reading a good book is also an enjoyable pass time.

I come here all the time. I have a terrible fear of dental work and everything to do with it. They are understanding and let me listen to music to help calm down. Let me take a few breathers to calm my nerves. Even be kind when I breathe through my mouth even when they say to stop. They are awesome and try to help and understand my money issues. They are awesome.

Professional and generally great all around experience. The staff informed me what was going on with my treatment every step of the way. They even have a sense of humor and limit the number of tennis balls they stuff in your mouth. Unless you cry. Don't cry.

Dr. Falter and his staff are great! I was scheduled for a crown prep but also needed treatment for a toothache. He was able to do both at the same session. Pretty much painless too.

So far ,except for catching a cold right after my first appointment (might have already had the bug) I have had a very good experience. Saved my molar from a root canal and the permanent crown fits and feels great. If everything continues like this , it's a big high FIVE! Great follow up and customer service, plus nice people!!!!!

I had my first visit today and was very happy with the care and thoroughness of Dr. Falter. Michelle, his assistant, was very attentive, the hygienist, Elizabeth, was excellent (and quite entertaining), and Cynthia at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. I greatly appreciated all of them. They all took their time. Dr. Falter was meticulous in his analysis of my x-rays and visual exam. He recommended a current treatment plan and identified concerns to keep an eye on for future treatment. He made recommendations for preventive care and periodontal health too, so I felt he was very thorough and engaged. I feel like this is a team that will really support me in keeping my teeth healthy.

I hadn't had a good experience with a dentist since I was a kid. But, a lot of people hate the dentist, so I just assumed it was supposed to be that way and hunkered down. I came to Fairway after moving here, and I'm super happy I did. They listened to my bad experiences, and helped figure out what they could do to help. Both the cleaning and the filling were painless. You could even call it gentle, because that's how it felt. Really though, I think it's more that they were super precise with their work. I can't even find where they did the filling, it's invisible and like nothing happened!

As usual, this practice is friendly and professional. They're following some problems with my teeth--Dr Falter explains what he's finding every visit. Paula is an extra special tech, informing me what I might experience after different treatments. I'm sure that alone keeps down a lot of worry (and probably a lot of followup calls to the office). I recommend!!!
