Dr. Leong has been providing dental careto Rogue Valley Familiesfor over 30 years. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., returning to the Rogue Valley where he spent most of his childhood.

Rogue Dental first opened its doors in 1987 inside the Rogue Valley Mall, moving to the current location in 1998. Dr. Leong feels grateful that he has the opportunity to provide dental care to his community. He enjoys building relationships with his patients, many who have been with him since he first started his practice. Dr. Leong strives to make a positive impact in the lives of others, consistently displayed through his kind and compassionate demeanor.

Debbie has worked with Dr. Leong at Rogue Dental since 1991. She has enjoyed growing with the practice and feels that the relationships she has formed with patients has been extremely rewarding. Watching our young patients grow to adults and have their own children has been an amazing experience!

In her free time, Debbie enjoys DIY projects and traveling with Scott, her sweet husband. They especially like taking trips on their Harley. She also loves to gardenraising both vegetables and flowers. In the summer, she keeps the office adorned with beautiful sunflowers from her yard.

One of her favorite tasks is assisting patients with difficult decisions about their dental health. Providing information and experience to help guide the patient toward their best choice is a rewarding part of her profession.Kim feels blessed to be part of the special and caring team of professionals Dr. Leong has cultivated.

Melanie worked with the Rogue Dental team from 1996-1998 and returned to the family in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Melanie owns and operates Dental Hygiene Direct, offering mobile dental services to at-risk populations.

Melanie customizes dental hygiene care for each individual and assesses patients needs at each visit. With the goal of optimization of oral health, she provides patients the skills to maintain that health for a lifetime. She will meet you where you are without judgement or lectures!

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her three children. She likes to read, scrapbook, do yoga, ride quads, ski, hike, swim and run. She recently completed a 1/2 marathon with a great PR!

Nikki joined Rogue Dental in 2016, bringing over 20 years of management experience with her. She has worked in the dental field for 16 years and is very knowledgeable in insurance billing. She enjoys helping patients find ways to make their treatment affordable and manageable while maximizing any benefits they may have.

Nikki feels extremely fortunate to be a part of the Rogue Dental Family. I take great pride in working with a team of such compassionate and skilled professionals. I confidently recommend our office to my friends and family, knowing that they will be excellent hands.

A Rogue Valley native, Nikki enjoys long weekend getaways, hiking, whole-food cooking, and home projects with her husband Randy. Nikki especially looks forward to quality time with her two grown children, Austin and Baylee. They are all foodies and share an interest in both sports and travel. After becoming an empty-nester, she adopted the role of fur mama to her Goldendoodle, Sprout.

As of 2020, our team is finally complete! Hailing from So Cal, Lori came to Rogue Dental with a lifetime of experience. Starting as a chair-side assistant at the age of 19, she has worn many hats within the field. Lori appreciates the quiet pace and kind people of our valley, thankfully choosing us to ride off into the sunset with!

Loris smile will be the first thing you see when you come to the office. Her kind and compassionate demeanor is greatly appreciated by all. She is extremely conscientious and thrives to ensure our patients have an overall positive experience during their visit.
