Dr. Andrews attended the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated near the top of his class.Dr. Andrews continued his education after dental school by specializing in orthodontics at the Medical College of Georgia. Furthermore, Dr. Andrews went above and beyond to become board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction that not allorthodontists share, and he is currently an Invisalign Diamond+ provider.
Dr. Andrews has continued to stay involved in organized dentistry by serving as president of the August Dental Society, president of the Eastern District Dental Society, and president of the Georgia Association of Orthodontists.
When hes not practicing excellent family orthodontics, Dr. Andrews enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, his daughters Katie, Lauren, and Kelly Jane, and his son Lee III. Dr. Andrews is also a huge Carolina football fan and loves to watch his Gamecocks in the fall.

Laurie is our office manager and has been with our practice since 1986. She is also a certified orthodontic assistant and has worked in many areas of the office. Laurie has been a speaker with Dr. Rogers at several orthodontic meetings, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. Lauries knowledge of computers ensures that our systems are always up to date and secure.
Michelle is our clinical supervisor and patient flow coordinator. She has worked as a certified orthodontic assistant in our practice since 1990. In addition to being a part of our office, Michelle is a certified trainer for an orthodontic training academy. Michelles ability to multitask, willingness to help others, and contagious smile are definitely assets to our team.
Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her son and cheering him on while he plays baseball. With her free time, she enjoys shopping and scrapbooking. Jennifer hopes to one day travel the U.S. and learn to play the guitar.
Stacie is a certified orthodontic assistant who joined Rogers & Andrews Orthodontics in 2006. Stacie always greets patients with a friendly smile and is dedicated to treating them in a gentle and caring nature.
Summer is a certified orthodontic assistant. She joined our practice in 2013 and brought five years of orthodontic experience with her. Summer loves meeting new people and is committed to providing each patient with a great experience in the office.
Andrea joined our practice in 2020 as a certified orthodontic assistant. She moved here from South Georgia, where she worked in orthodontics for two years. Andrea is a very sweet and caring young lady who strives for perfection. She also speaks fluent Spanish!
Cheryl is a lab technician who has been with our office since 2008. She prepares study models for consults and makes all retainers for our patients when they have their braces removed. Each retainer fits perfectly due to her close attention to detail and dedication to her work.
Meloney is our treatment coordinator. She has been with the Rogers & Andrews Orthodontic team since 2001. She explains treatment plans to patients, assists with new patient exams, and is a certified orthodontic assistant. Meloneys kind spirit and nurturing manner make her a perfect fit for her position.
Lori is our treatment coordinator andcertified orthodontic assistant. She assists the doctors with the new patient exams. Lori enjoys meeting new people and her fun-loving attitude puts patients at ease. Lori joined our practice in 2010 and brought five years of dental experience with her.
Macy is our insurance coordinator. She joined our practice in 2018 with more than five years of experience in hospital administration, as well as working in patient care as a CNA. Macys caring personality comes across from the moment you meet her.
Allison is our scheduling coordinator. She joined our practice in 2021 and has been an excellent addition to our front desk. Allison is originally from Dubuque, Iowa. She has a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Iowa. Allison loves working with our patients and is very friendly and detail-oriented.
Madison is from Brunswick, Georgiaand graduated with a marketing degree from Georgia Southern University. Madison is excited to be a part of the team! She looks forward to working with the patients and seeing them get the smile of their dreams! In her free time, Madison enjoys teaching dance, shopping and spending time with her family, husband and dog!

Amazing staff! The Doctor was kind and cared about my issue. The office is beautiful, organized, and clean. Everyone has a very kind, positive, and welcoming energy, you feel care for as soon as you walk in. I was impressed with how quick they were able to scheduled my appointment. It is extremely difficult to find good Doctors in the area I'm so happy I found Rogers & Andrews Orthodontist they are truly an exception they are the best. If you need an Orthodontist this is your place!

They always made it fun coming in to get adjusted. Dr. Andrews always let me know what was going on so I could understand and we could figure out which direction to go together! Andrea was really funny and did a great job taking my braces off!

Absolutely amazing staff and business process from start to finish. I went in a week ago because I broke off a part of my permanent retainer, and they had me an appointment scheduled within a week. Where Dr. Andrews and his technician masterfully recemented/rebound the retainer in minutes. Additionally I'm am quite impressed with the interior remodeling they had done specifically for COVID. Each station is barriered and the way the AC was explained to me had its own separate filter for each area. They really clearly care about all of their patients, and that means the world to me. Seriously can't say enough good about this visit, and if I ever hear of someone needing the best Orthodontist in the CSRA. It will be an easy decision!

I wanted to get Invisalign and I was recommended to this orthodontist by my dentist. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in for my first visit. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The office space is beautiful, warm, and inviting. The check in process is simple and efficient. They keep you in the know with friendly reminders for your appointments, which is great for those individuals like myself who tend to forget about appointments quickly. All in all, I can honestly say that this is an amazing establishment and I highly recommend to anyone seeking a great orthodontic experience!

I can't express how great Dr. Andrew's and his team are! Very friendly and helpful. The environment is always so laid back and clean. The reminders for your appts are great, and they are very timely with your appts. They have done an awesome job with my smile, and I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

I brought my son here years ago to get braces put on and I loved everything about the whole environment overall. With that being said, now I'm getting braces and I knew this was the only place that I wanted to go. And after years they still exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend!!!!
