Dr. Badwal's office is a challenge to reach. Calling during business hours often brought me to voicemail or, at best, on hold for a lengthy amount of time. Their office lost my initial appointment, saying it wasn't possible that I had made the appointment for that time (which was a Friday) and instead I must've made it for the following Monday. Which I absolutely did not because I work that day. When I rescheduled, I called the office the morning of my appointment to confirm the office location and when I did they told me the office was out of power and so my appointment was cancelled. It's fine that they had to cancel because they didn't have power- what's NOT fine is that no one called me to tell me this! I was about to drive over 3 hours to make this appointment! Thank god I called before I got in the car. I feel like I've been chasing these people for a consultation (a CONSULTATION) for over a month! Save your time, find a more competent business.

I was recommended to Roger Badwal for my wisdom teeth removal by my dentist. Because of the level of my anxiety, he thought it was best that I was sedated fully. I went for a consultation with the surgeon and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Badwal has ZERO bedside manner. He couldn't care less about patient needs, especially those with anxiety. He was rude, short with me and as I explained my anxiety, he seemed as though I was annoying him. I brought my registered emotional support dog with me and he couldn't have been more rude to her (which made me feel even more uptight). I asked many questions, which annoyed him (even though it was a consultation and that's what I was paying him for). I felt so uncomfortable and even more nervous for my wisdom teeth removal after I left his office. He brought me to tears; there was ZERO chance I would let him sedate me and take out my wisdom teeth after that ordeal. If you have any level of anxiety with oral surgery, DO NOT go to this doc. I wouldn't recommend him even to someone with no nervousness, as his attitude is horrid. I ended up going to Dr. Florio in Monroe and could NOT have had a better experience. I highly recommend him as an alternative. You won't regret it.
