I am passionate about providing outstanding dental care to my patients. I value the positive interactions I have with a wide variety of people from my community. I view my patients as more than just patients, but as friends and even family. I have watched many of my patients grow from small children to adulthood, and now they bring their own children to see me!
Providing the best possible, most comprehensive treatment while meeting the individual needs of each patient drives me always to be the best I can be. I love having the ability to affect my patients lives by giving them a beautiful new smile, relieving their pain, or assisting in attaining optimal oral health. I graduated with my dental degree in 1985 and practiced in Southern California for ten years while my wife finished medical school and residency. We moved to Mill Creek in 1995 and I havepracticed here ever since!
I feel it is important to learn the newest and best technology and treatment modalities in order provide the best possible care. Dentistry is a field that requires constant and never-ending learning in a variety of topics. In my 30 years of practice, I have continued my education in cosmetics, Invisalign, implant dentistry, technology, and treatment advances, just to name a few.

I was born in Denver, Colorado and grew up in both Colorado and Montana. I currently reside in Everett with my wife of 37 years. She is an OB/GYN at Evergreen Health. We share two beautiful daughters and one loveable golden retriever. I have always loved the outdoors, so my favorite activities aside from being with my family include playing golf and skiing.

Every experience has been a positive and pain free visit. All of the Hygienists are gentle and kind. Dr Kreszowski did an amazing job replacing a crown. His continued care and follow up were on point. Thank you.

Dr.Krzeszowski is wonderful, his energy alone when he came in the room put me at ease. He wanted to know everything about my teeth, not only were x-rays taken but he took digital pictures of my teeth and asked me so many questions and when he gathered all the information he needed he then sat down and went over everything with me . Every tooth every picture and educated me as to what's going on and what needs to be done now but most importantly he wanted to know what I wanted. He is very professional, an educator, very funny and light hearted... I am looking forward to having him as my dentist .

What an awesome team of professionals! From the front desk to Dr K, Jill, and Mary! I didn't know I could laugh and have a good time at the dentist! This office is very thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and important. I can't say enough good things about the entire office! Dr. Paul Kreszowski takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Krezowski has a great rapport with his assistant and hygienist and they work very well together.

Good morning to you all. It doesn't seem to me that your office, with a new dentist has skipped a beat. Still as professional as always. Mary did a great job cleaning my teeth, and x-rays, and Doctor K as he is to be known, as I cannot say his last name did my exam and was very personable. Enjoyed speaking with him. I could not believe I have been going to your office for 26 years. Don't I get a service loyalty pin? I just got a 30 year pin from my National Edsel Owners Club, and a Key Man Award. See you in December. If my Edsel's are in a new Edsel catalog, I'll bring one in and pick up the old one on your wall. Ron Osborn

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. I really like Dr. flake he was very helpful and took his time explaining things to me. He was thorough and taught me something no other doctor or dentist had ever mentioned might be an important issue for me to look into. Very grateful for that. Unfortunately, my teeth didn't feel smooth or clean after my cleaning. The dental hygienist was rude to the receptionist, right in front of me, which made me uncomfortable. The receptionist was being helpful and kind but she just snapped at her in a condescending way. This among other things really made me lose trust in her. I'm sure she's a great woman and great at her job, I just think she maybe needs a reminder on how to treat people. We are in an era where good people will always go where kindness and peace is abundant.

I was impressed what high technology by copying my teeth of interest using a computer image with exact tooth measurements. The dental assistance created a exacting temporary which did fit very good.

Love these people! I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I almost look forward to it! Very friendly and professional staff! They make you feel important, and take the time to check on everything! Very thorough! No pain, no anxiety no problems! Dr Flake is awesome and he has surrounded himself with top notch assistants and front desk staff! They are, quite simply, the best!
