Dr. Bob Doleva has been with ROG Orthodontics since 1979. Those of us who know him cannot believe that when Dr. Otto Rosenast and Dr. Vincent Parisi interviewed Dr. Doleva in 1979, their primary concern was that he was too quiet! How could they have been so wrong?

Patients call Dr. Natalie Parisi Dr. Nat because Dr. Parisi referred to her father and ROG co-founder, Dr. Vincent Parisi! The seventh of nine children, Dr. Nat grew up only a quarter mile away from ROG. Like her dad and seven of her siblings, Dr. Nat graduated from Villanova University. Dr. Nat, her dad, and her siblings are big fans of Villanova mens basketball.
Dr. Nats passion for supporting her communities is just as strong as her passion for orthodontics. Shes a longtime supporter of Girl Scouts of Eastern PA and was recognized as an Honoree at their annual fundraising event, Take the Lead. The event honors the communitys most distinguished women whose leadership and professional achievements make the world a better place. Dr. Nats leadership within the community doesnt stop there. She is not only a member of Power of the Purse in Berks County Fund, but one the co-founders. The IM Able Foundation is another cause that is close to Dr. Nat. Dr. Nat was recently presented with the Community Motivator of the Year award for her dedication and continuous support to the IM Able Foundation.

Haley was wonderful! She put my daughter at ease when she was nervous about getting braces put on. We are extremely happy to have chosen Reading orthodontic group for her braces! I highly recommend. The office is extremely caring and thorough.

I have difficulty with anything that has to do with my teeth having had some painful dental experiences and I have to say that my experience at ROG was exceptional! When I entered ROG I was given a friendly greeting by the staff at the front desk. Next the clinician Briana came out to get me and did my photos and scan. She is knowledgeable, kind and funny to boot! I then saw the treatment coordinator Beth to go over my options and we had a lovely chat as well as getting me knowledgeable about my choices. Dr Nat came in to talk about what she saw from the scan and photos and made her recommendation. From there I felt confident about my choice and Beth and I moved quickly through the paperwork. Briana then came and took scans of my teeth. She checked with me that I was doing okay which I found very helpful. I honestly had a great experience through out and have no anxiety about doing back and getting my brace. Thank you!

Melissa at ROG Pottstown is incredible with my daughter! My 11-year old is finishing up her first round of braces and Melissa has the patience of a saint with a kid who is fearful, anxious, and very sensitive to dental and ortho work. Melissa is kind, gentle, and calmly talks through every move she makes, allowing my daughter the time she needs to process each procedure. Braces have not been easy for this kid, but I'm so grateful for Melissa and her amazing work each time we see her. Thank you!

I have had braces for over ten years, just due to some life changes and after saving up for a few years started looking to get my treatment started again. When ROG decided to take on my case I was so happy, especially because I had been rejected from another Orthodontic Office. I am in the last six months of my treatment and I already miss the team. The customer service is amazing. Whenever I had any questions they were happy to answer. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give more than five stars. I am excited about taking photos when treatment is done and promoting ROG Orthodontics

My son had such a great experience getting braces. Carol was so kind. She made the experience as easy as it could be. We both left with smiles on our face and set our mind at ease. We got a follow up call from her Making sure he was okay and if we had questions. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I took my son in for his initial consultation. We had a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is great!! We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Natalie, Mary Jo and Alexis.
