Dr. Bob Doleva has been with ROG Orthodontics since 1979. Those of us who know him cannot believe that when Dr. Otto Rosenast and Dr. Vincent Parisi interviewed Dr. Doleva in 1979, their primary concern was that he was too quiet! How could they have been so wrong?

Patients call Dr. Natalie Parisi Dr. Nat because Dr. Parisi referred to her father and ROG co-founder, Dr. Vincent Parisi! The seventh of nine children, Dr. Nat grew up only a quarter mile away from ROG. Like her dad and seven of her siblings, Dr. Nat graduated from Villanova University. Dr. Nat, her dad, and her siblings are big fans of Villanova mens basketball.
Dr. Nats passion for supporting her communities is just as strong as her passion for orthodontics. Shes a longtime supporter of Girl Scouts of Eastern PA and was recognized as an Honoree at their annual fundraising event, Take the Lead. The event honors the communitys most distinguished women whose leadership and professional achievements make the world a better place. Dr. Nats leadership within the community doesnt stop there. She is not only a member of Power of the Purse in Berks County Fund, but one the co-founders. The IM Able Foundation is another cause that is close to Dr. Nat. Dr. Nat was recently presented with the Community Motivator of the Year award for her dedication and continuous support to the IM Able Foundation.
