Dr. Bob Doleva has been with ROG Orthodontics since 1979. Those of us who know him cannot believe that when Dr. Otto Rosenast and Dr. Vincent Parisi interviewed Dr. Doleva in 1979, their primary concern was that he was too quiet! How could they have been so wrong?

Patients call Dr. Natalie Parisi Dr. Nat because Dr. Parisi referred to her father and ROG co-founder, Dr. Vincent Parisi! The seventh of nine children, Dr. Nat grew up only a quarter mile away from ROG. Like her dad and seven of her siblings, Dr. Nat graduated from Villanova University. Dr. Nat, her dad, and her siblings are big fans of Villanova mens basketball.
Dr. Nats passion for supporting her communities is just as strong as her passion for orthodontics. Shes a longtime supporter of Girl Scouts of Eastern PA and was recognized as an Honoree at their annual fundraising event, Take the Lead. The event honors the communitys most distinguished women whose leadership and professional achievements make the world a better place. Dr. Nats leadership within the community doesnt stop there. She is not only a member of Power of the Purse in Berks County Fund, but one the co-founders. The IM Able Foundation is another cause that is close to Dr. Nat. Dr. Nat was recently presented with the Community Motivator of the Year award for her dedication and continuous support to the IM Able Foundation.

I went here to get my Spark-aligners fitted, and Carol (who was helping me) answered all of our questions and really made me feel comfortable and welcome - and prepared to start using the Spark-aligners. Everyone there is very professional and kind, and the building is very clean as well. Thank you Carol for your help and for being very kind and answering all of our questions! Can't wait to come again for my next tray.

I've been so nervous to get clear aligners. The staff at ROG have been amazing in explaining everything and answering all my questions. Melissa helped me start my clear aligners today. She took her time and walked me through everything, making me feel comfortable and assured.

My experience was amazing here at ROG. The staff were all super helpful and so sweet! They seem to care very much about getting my teeth back on track which I'm super grateful for. Alexis scanned my teeth and took photos and she was so amazing and so nice !! Highly recommend going here to get your dream smile :)

We love ROG! My daughter who goes there is special needs and she LOVES going to see Alexis . At first she didn't want to go but then we had Alexis and it was life changing for Penelope . Alexis is amazing!!! She is so patient and calm , very loving and caring with Penelope . Penelope has grown so attached to her . Now Penelope wants to go just to see her and Brianna ! Brianna is also very helpful and amazing ! Always makes sure we feel right at home when I bring all my girls in ! Thanks for all you do ! I would recommend you to anyone !

I got braces a couple years ago. All of the doctors were awesome and smart. Dr.Doleva was my doctor at the time. He was the man! I recently was looking into getting new retainers and Alexis was really helpful in pointing me into the right direction. Thank you Alexis for your help.

From the very moment that I entered the office everyone were so pleasant and welcoming. When I first went in for my consultation everything was explained to me in detail without leaving anything out. From the doctor, to the financial coordinator, and the person taking my x-rays we were joking and laughing and I felt at home. When I went in for my Invisalign I was a little bit apprehensive because I thought they were going to hurt. Carol made my experience so easy and I was very comfortable she told me step-by-step of what to do and how to take care of my Invisalign. Carol made my experience something that I am looking forward to going back to. Dr Nat is very friendly and takes time with her patients. Even though they were not the cheapest I still decided to go with them because of how they made me feel and the time they actually take with me. When I am scheduled to go back I selected a time but I realized it wasn't with Carol so I changed my time so I can be with Carol again for my 12-week checkup. I do have one problem and that is when I first walked in for my actual Invisalign placement, I walked in and I wasn't greeted at all my name wasn't on the screen so I gave her my name and the first thing she said to me was that I have a balance of $1,500 that was due in January. No hello no how you doing just my name and I have a balance of $1,500 I explained to her I do not have a balance of $1500 that is for January of 2023 she said very short and curt you have a balance of $1,500 and I will need to speak to the financial coordinator have a seat someone will be with you. If in fact I did owe $1500 why was I still able to go back and get my Invisaligns placed if I had that high of a balance. After my appointment was over I went back out to the front I told the receptionist I'm waiting to speak to the financial coordinator she then told me she would call me because she seeing two things on two different screens or systems instead of just saying I'm sorry I made a mistake and you were correct you don't have that $1,500 payment until January of 2023 and as I am writing this I'm still waiting for the financial coordinated to call me back but I know it's no need to because she was in fact wrong and incorrect in her information. Besides that I love the office and everyone in it!!!!

As always, we just had a wonderful experience at ROG! My daughter had her braces put on today and Carol was amazing and was professional, helpful, and very informative on what the next steps are in this process. My family is very thankful for everything the entire ROG staff does for our daughter's orthodontic needs!
