I have been going to Roebuck Family Dentistry for years and they are absolutely wonderful. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to having any sort of dental work done...including general cleanings. Dr. Joe and his team are so patient and kind. My hygienist, Holly, always do her best to put me at ease. I highly recommend them!

Not the best customer service, Dr. and hygienist were both nice though. They cancelled an appointment on me and never tried to reschedule. No online bill pay is also inconvenient. Edit: Thanks for your reply. The "bad debt" you mention was paid in full the minute someone actually contacted me about it, unfortunately it had to be a collection agency instead someone from your office?? That further expands on my point of lacking customer service. My dental services here were fine, I even said the Dr. and hygienist were nice. I do still have issues with my root canal, but that was supposed to be discussed during my January appointment that was cancelled on me without any offer to reschedule.

Was looking for a dentist that not only a great dentist but staff as well, after all tge staff is who you deal with first . They get all A's. I took my son in and he has Adhd and has to be hands on to feel like he is in control they were very very awesome with him. Now I have my mim going and my daughter and they both are pleased. If you are looking for a knowledgeable very friendly a d reasable caring for the patient dentist this is where you should be.

This place is awesome! I was worked in as a new patient - with a same day appointment! The staff here are wonderful! They will help in anyway that they can. I was very scared of the dentist and terrified of the whole experience. I was anxious to say the least. The staff here made sure I was okay and talked to me the whole time. The dentist took such great care of me. He is easy going and caring. He was straightforward with what was wrong and my options to fix the problem. I am happy to report I am recovering wonderfully and honestly had little to no pain. I have another appointment later this month!

They always do a good job cleaning my teeth and all of the staff are friendly. They always get you back on or before your appointment time. They're very pleasant to conversate with and do everything thoroughly and professional! You even get a surprise after your cleaning!

Roebuck Family Dentistry is by far the best experience ever at a dentist office. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. A truly positive experience.

Found Roebuck family dentistry online, they had excellent reviews. I went in and the staff was very friendly. As a cancer patient I was treatment with the up most care. I trusted the Dr in his diagnosis and was proud to be take care of by him, good place I recommend them highly. They even worked with us on payment, you don't see that test days. Thank you each and every one of you,, you all are Awesome.
