Dr. Rodriguez has over 26years of experience practicing General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. She graduated with a dental degree in 1993from the University of Tennessee at Memphis School of Dentistry. She went on to complete post-graduate studies at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis.
Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. As a result of hundreds of hours of advanced post-graduate studies, Dr. Rodriguez has achieved the prestigious Fellow designation awarded by the Academy of General Dentistry. She continues to keep current on new technology as a member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Study Group as well as by attending ongoing continuing education courses in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
I am a native Tennessean. I graduated from Chattanooga States Dental Hygiene program in 1989 and was awarded the Procter & Gamble Dental Hygienists Professional Award in Preventative Oral Health Care. I joined Dr. Rodriguezs practice in 1996. I am thankful to practice with a diverse group of co-workers that I consider my second family.
I enjoy educating patients on how to improve and/or maintain a healthy smile. I enjoy continuing education in the field of dental hygiene to bring out patients the individualized care they need to confidently share their smile.
I truly believe you can make someones day with a smile. It is a joy to help people realize their smiles importance. We have a great team in our practice to assist you in making the smile you want to achieve a reality.
Laura Randolph is a lifetime resident of Chattanooga, TN. She graduated in 2005 with an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Chattanooga State Technical Community College. At graduation she was inducted into the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Her passion has been serving the community and improving their dental health for over 20 years.
I am certified in Radiology, Sealants coronal polishing, Cerec and Nitrous Oxide. I find fulfillment in being a part of our patients dental experience in making them feel comfortable. It is rewarding for me to be bilingual where I can help our Spanish community. I enjoy learning new techniques in dentistry.
Kait moved to Chattanooga from Clarksville, TN in 2010. She graduated Sigma Cume Laude with an associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Chattanooga State Community College in 2017. I am very passionate about what I do! I want to do all that I can to help my patients have a smile they can be proud of and give them tools to make it happen. I absolutely love where I work and I am lucky to have such a group of girls as my co-workers! In her spare time Kait enjoys reading, watching movies, sewing, knittingand spending time with her husband and two dogs, Ace and Ruby.
Kellygraduated from the Rhea County High School in 1995 & Chattanooga State Dental Assisting program in 1997. She was born in Kentucky & her favorite college team is the Kentucky Wildcats, yes even during football season!! She has two children & her favorite thing to do is making memories with them every chance she gets. She also enjoys spending time with family & friends, working out & offshore fishing every chance she gets!! RDA, certified in Nitrous Oxide monitory, Radiology, Advanced Cerec training
I was born in Mexico. I grew up in Cuernavaca, the city of the eternal spring. I have lived in many places in the US. I went to school in San Antonio, TX. I have lived in Chattanooga for the last 19 years, with my husband and two children. My favorite thing to do is traveling. I think it is the best way to learn. I love working at a dental office because we can help patients feel better about themselves.
I am the new member of the team and work front desk. I am excited to be here because I have the opportunity to learn the practice of dentistry. I love being able to help others and I enjoy getting to know patients. I look forward to meeting all of you soon!

Wonderful staff with tremendous experience and care for their patients. Have been going here for dental care since I was a kid and have had a great experience each time! Front desk staff is amazing and very helpful with scheduling and working with my schedule! Overall wonderful staff who care for each one of their patients!

I can't shout enough praise to Dr. Rodriguez and her entire team. I have had a lot of restorative and cosmetic work completed over the past 3 years, so I have had the pleasure of experiencing care from all of her staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. My husband and oldest daughter also see Dr. Rodriguez and it's a wonderful experience every visit.
