I called I was going to be 5 minutes late and the guy in the front desk was SO RUDE on the phone about me being late. It was out of my control and I even took PTO for this appointment. I will never be back and I hope he works on his attitude

First off, the dental procedures were satisfactory. Their professionalism was severely lacking. I got a referall from the VA to see this outside dentist, not easy to do, over 6 months ago. Saw them I had no problems. They text And email me a couple weeks ago for an appt reminder. I set up the appt through the VA, again not easy, and the office calls me and we schedule a cleaning for yesterday. Less than 2 hours on the day of my appt I get a call and am told I was rude and they don't wanna see me. Not wanting to see me is fine by me. What's a BIG problem is the fact whoever was upset didn't notate it then, they text and email and on the phone setup the appt and notify me less than 2 hours from appt time! Now I have to go through hoops to find another dentist approved by the VA and they wasted alot of my time. DO NOT RECCOMEND due to this rude lack of professionalism. Plenty of other dentists besides these who will treat you better. Get your s**t together Rodriquez

They were great. I got my teeth looked at & pulled all at the sametime with a small fee. Great customer service. I recommend anybody to go get their teeth looked and fixed with "Rodriguez Dentistry" .

Made an appt along with my wife and everything was great. Front desk personnel answered all of my questions and Dr. Rachel took care of my dental work (got a crown). Also, very clean office with up to date equipment! Make an appt today!

Both dentists are so sweet and caring and go out of their way to make every visit a good one. The whole staff is super nice and so is the office, state-of-the-art! And they are great about working around my schedule. I highly recommend Rodriguez Dentistry.

First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Drew! Absolutely amazing customer service, very helpful, goes above and beyond! I had a great first time experience with all the staff and Doctor! I highly recommend Rodriguez Dental they truly care about your overall dental health and making you comfortable!

When I called the place, a Gentleman answered, and said the visit will be 100$ per child, and of course awesome for me, so by the time to check out, the Lady said is 200$ and I was like What! I was told 100$ and I even asked twice, She didn't say anything back . The doctor was super friendly and professional. By the way too they don't have chair's inside the office at all, is just weird . I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

By far the best Dentist I've ever been to. Everyone was so very kind, helpful, comforting.... I was terrified, and so ashamed and they made me feel so comfortable and unjudged. 5 stars from me. * I have worked in the medical field many years and Dr. Rodriguez office has the most friendly helpful staff ive ever dealt with.
