Dr. Rodriguez was born in Robstown, Texas. Dr. Ruben Rodriguez Jr. graduated from Roma High School. After obtaining a B.S. in biology from The University of Texas at Austin, he graduated in 1993 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
