Dr. Rodney L. Allen has been providing exceptional, personalized care as Parker's dentist for 20 years and counting, having spent 16 of them here in the suburban Denver area. Originally from Conroe, TX, he attended Stephen F. Austin State University before pursuing his doctor of dental surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry. Additionally, he has a participated in a number of continuing education programs, including Nobel Biocare, courses in implant dentistry and classes at Spear Education. One of the best aspects of his job is the trusting friendships hes developed with a number of his patients.
Dr. Allen and his wife Jodi have a seven year old daughter named Olivia and a six year old son named Everett. When he isnt busy at the dental office, his hobbies include golf, skiing, fishing, and traveling. He also has a private pilots license!
Nicole is from Silver Bay, MN, and shes been a member of our team for 16 years now, having spent more than twenty years overall in the dental field. She received her education from Metropolitan State University and has her CPR certification. She is also a certified master trainer of LifePower yoga and a life coach! She enjoys connecting with patients through her work and watching families grow through the years. Being able to help dental-phobic patients feel comfortable and supported is important to her.
Nicole has a 23 year old son who is a Marine and currently stationed in Hawaii, as well as an 18 year old daughter who is graduating high school and planning to attend college in the fall for business. When she isnt busy at the dental office, she enjoys cycling, yoga, hiking, attending concerts at Red Rocks, and traveling.
Hollie first joined our dental office three years ago. She has spent 13 years working as a registered dental hygienist and six years as a dental assistant. She attended Arapahoe Community College before pursuing her dental education at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. She is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide administration, local anesthesia, dental radiology, and as an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assisting). Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is all the wonderful people she meets!
Originally from Castle Rock, Hollie now lives in Aurora. She and her husband have a ten year old son and an eight year old daughter. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys staying active at the kids schools, scuba diving, scrapbooking, and snow skiing.

Best dentist in town. Been going to Dr. Allen for 10 years and even after moving to Arizona 7 years ago I still wait till I am in Parker to get my scheduled teeth cleaning from him.

Written for the potential "new patient": I came to the office as a new patient with concerns for a fractured crown, and was quite impressed with my experience here. Before coming in, I spent some time researching a few dentists in Parker and was truthfully a bit overwhelmed with the options. I ended up choosing Dr. Allen on a recommendation from a trusted oral surgeon in the area. My overall experience was quite positive; the staff were friendly and professional and Dr. Allen has many years experience in the field. I was very happy to have found them and plan on going back for any future dental needs.

Dr. Allen and team are the most professional and kind people in the dental industry I have ever met. Nikki at the counter is like family and Teresa the hygienist is personable and efficient. Dr. Allen truly does work like no one else. His fillings are nothing short of artwork. What is especially great about this group is how incredible they have been as I transitioned. They did not skip a beat in calling me by my preferred name, including updating my records, and never made a mistaken in identifying me. Before moving out of state, I made hour-long trips to Dr. Allen's office because, no matter where I was, I wanted him and his team to take care of me. Truly the best dentist in Colorado!

My experience was better than I expected. Theresa was extremely thorough and gentle. She was knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it. Dr. Rodney was very personable and kind. I will definitely be back!

Wow what to say?! This is the best dentist office I've ever been to, and that's not an exaggeration! I have been to a few dentists through my lifetime and not only do they have the most professional staff but they are so comforting and informative. Any fears or discomforts I had before my appointment immediately disappeared as soon as I arrived at the office (which looks amazing). Dr. Allen couldn't be better in his chair-side manner and now I couldn't be more at ease to book my next appointment! Thank you Dr. Allen and staff!!

Dr Allen is an awesome dentist. He was my family's dentist for multiple years when I was a kid and I have gone back to him now as an adult. Him and his staff are very kind and generous. After multiple fillings and cleanings I can say that I am very happy he is my dentist.

If I could give Dr Allen 10 stars I would. He and his staff are exceptional at what they all do. They make going the the dentist a pleasure. His dental knowledge is immeasurable. Hollie and Niki are both delightful to work with in and out of the mouth! Anyone wondering if this is the place for great dentistry, the answer is YES!! You will not be disappointed. Love them!

Dr Allen is by far the most comprehensive, caring, and painless (!) Dentist I have ever been to. As a Physician I truly appreciate his dedication to his patient centered approach rather than the "meet them and street them" attitude so often encountered these days. I refer many of my patients to him as well who all speak of him very highly. Thank you Dr Allen for maintaining such high standards!

Wonderful!! No waiting, they are always on time. My son is autistic and Dr. Allen and his staff are SO patient with him. If it takes an extra 5 minutes to show him a dentist tool, they are fine with that, they talk with him and explain what they are going to do and why, they ask him questions - it is perfect. If Dr. Allen doesn't think he can properly take care of a problem, he says so. He's referred me to an orthodontist, and a endodontist, both of which were great.

Dr Allen saved my situation. I had an emergency and my oral surgeon called him, Dr Allen fit me into his schedule and found a creative solution to cover for a tooth that was just pulled. His staff is the most helpful and courteous of any around Parker. They are professional. Call you when appropriate. And make certain that you are given the best treatment possible. And of course Dr. Allen's dentistry is excellent of I wouldn't bother to be writing this.
