I have always had great service with Dr. Runyon. Never has he or his staff been unfriendly.

I have been going to Dr. Runyon's office since 2020 and I have always been early to my appointments for cleanings, repairs, etc. Today I was coming from work, from Nashville, and there was a terrible wreck on the interstate to Gallatin. I was five minutes past "their policy window" to be late. Given I have already taken a hour off of work, and they refused to see me because of five extra minutes. I work in healthcare myself and this is ridiculous, I do NOT recommend this place like I once did to many others. The poor customer service and understanding is absurd. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional atmosphere in Dr. Runyon's dental office. Each person quickly answered all my 'new patient' questions and explained each procedure thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Runyon and all the skilled personnel who worked together to make my dental experience as enjoyable as possible!
