Update: A few hours after I posted this I received a call saying my check will be overnighted. My 1 star rating does not reflect on the staff or dentist at this location. They have all been wonderful & extremely friendly. This review is more towards the billing department. My daughter had a procedure where she had to be put under anesthesia in May, I paid $900+ out of pocket day of procedure. Rodeo Dental provided a claim form for my insurance to reimburse me for this procedure however Rodeo's billing department messed up the claim form. Rodeo asked to be reimbursed instead of sending the money to me. I have been fighting since September to get reimbursed. They have made statements saying my check has been sent but will not respond to voicemails or emails in a timely manner. It has been 3 weeks since they told me that my check was going out, even verified my address. At this point I don't believe anything that they say. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to Rodeo due to this matter.

First time going and love the atmosphere and how gentle and friendly everyone was my sons birthday is next week and they came in before we left and brought him a cupcake and sung happy birthday before we left

Had the best experience had appointment this morning and had to be in and out by a certain time to able to make it to work and they were so on top of helping me get my girls seen and for me to be on time for work couldn't ask for a better dentist office highly recommend rodeo dental to anyone..... they go above and beyond for families..... thank u

Y'all when I tell you this place is just the best I took all three of my kiddos here and they made all of us so comfortable you walk in and your kids will think you're at a movie theater and arcade games are free!!! They are having a blast before being seen!! Check in was a delight the employees all had amazing attitudes smiles Kids being seen was great they truly care for our babies teeth they took their time, asked questions and if we had any they answered them and helped us understand Missed school no problem they give you Dr notes for the kids , I'm so glad we switched and came here !! Did I mention they even had mama and daddy playing the games too lol thank y'all so much

Everyone is super nice and my kids asked if we could go back to this office every time they need their teeth cleaned. Not only is it a fun environment to put the kids at ease, but everyone on the staff is great and Dr. Flynn is amazing! The ladies at the front desk were personable and helpful as well. Every person we encountered seemed like they were happy to be there and like they wanted us to have a good experience, which we definitely did!

Great experience from the front desk to the dentists. They have an awesome set up and run a "well oiled machine" inside that place! Highly recommend for any child.

Absolutely a great experience today! My daughter had her braces out on and upon leaving, the ladies at the front desk came with balloons and confetti,poppers and a cupcake. Definitely made us feel cared for!

Today was yet another positive experience for me at Rodeo Dental's Temple location! I was delighted to have Dr. Jung and Alivia providing my treatment. Even though I had to have both sides of my upper mouth numbed, Dr Jung did the injections completely pain-free as well as the dental work. I had the pleasure of meeting a new employee in training today. Her name is Micheala and she was just as kind and efficient as Alivia! She was shadowing Alivia and Alivia did a wonderful job coaching her. Micheala assisted during my procedure and did an excellent job! If I weren't retired, I actually think I would want to work here around such wonderful people! Thanks again to everyone at Rodeo Dental! I'll see you in three weeks for my next appointment and to begin my orthodontia process.

Alicia and Dr. Jung were great. My daughter had to get a cavity filled and she was extremely apprehensive but they were so kind and gentle with her. It was a breeze!

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Michaela and Alivia were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Thank you Rodeo Dental!!

I LOVE this office me and all my girls go to this dentist office. I have REALLY bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist office. I don't do well with needles at all I literally had a full blown anxiety attack when going as I do with in Dental Office. I have never had a good experience with a dentist office and I am 36. They are so extremely patient with me as an adult I was embarrassed for being so anxious and nervous but they made me feel so extremely comfortable. It's something I can't help every time I go to the dentist it's just and overwhelming feeling. They are the same youngest they were so good with her. I can speak enough on how amazing they are!!! Definitely take your entire family..
