Been waiting over an hour after watching so many other patients go in And Out. Nothing was ready for my sons visit today. They were calling his regular dentist last minute to get the cavity clearance which they said would be done over a month ago when we booked the appointment. And when they told me they didn't have the cavity clearance they needed, they wanted me to take time out of my work day to call to get it and give it to them. Basically asking me to do their job. Also Insurance obviously wasn't checked on their end, waited an 1hr+ for that to be ready. I had originally asked for an appointment at 4 so I wouldn't have to take time off from work. They said they don't do appointments after 3. Here we are 4:05 and barely getting called in after it took them an hour 20 mins to get everything ready for him to be seen. Update: 25 minutes after leaving the office I was called and told they needed me to sign some documents. I let them know I was unable to return as it was about 5:45 and I needed to pick up my other children from daycare and school. I asked them if they can meet me around the area I am in if they would Be willing to help me out. They declined. Office representative told me that if Insurance denies that I would be responsible for what was denied. That they would increase my monthly payment to make up for amount the insurance would Not pay if denied. Dentist and hygienist were great, but my experience with front office was awful. Now I must wait 30-60 days to determine the outcome of their front offices mistakes. I have already been experiencing anxiety waiting for insurance to make a deliberation.

My regret..I didn't accompany my granddaughter into room while her procedure done. She came out very traumatized because she was very frightened when procedure done. Go in if allowed to. To be honest I don't know where to begin! When I called and made an appointment for the very first time I spoke to a guy who specifically told me that if my son who is 4 years old we're to need work done for a "cavity" would I be allowed with him during the procedure. He told me yes! Now when I went for the exam the dentist assistant told me not only was I not allowed in the back during the procedure but they were going to either give him a juice to sedate him or visit the hospital for general anesthesia! For a cavity??? And I wouldn't be allowed! I left! How scary! When I grew up my parents were always allowed in the room at a dentist office for whatever reason! When did that change? My son is 4 years old and I'm not allowed in the room for a cavity procedure! I don't care about policy for that reason I will not be going back! Very scary! Just a lawsuit waiting to happen at that point!
