DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Unprofessional and a waste of time. I booked appointment with them on 08/29 for 9/10 a Saturday because I work 8-5 M-f, called to confirm my appointment 9/9 and to make sure I was covered by insurance... everything was supposedly good. I get to my appointment at 1 pm Saturday I don't get called into the office till 1:45 then they want to confirm what I'm getting and someone booked me for something totally different, something I never booked I just wanted a cleaning. Long story short they couldn't change it to what I needed because the doctor was supposedly over booked and I needed to reschedule. I didn't like that and it was very unprofessional they wanted to blame the scheduling office but couldn't because they and myself called their direct office Friday to confirm my procedure. So basically they wasted my time and now inconvenienced me even more because I won't be free for another month or two to find time for what I needed. Waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

My son had a wonderful experience here. Veronica made sure he was well taken care of and comfortable at all times. She explained to him everything that was going on and made sure he was always ok. I am very appreciative of the staff here and the doctor. Today was my son's first extraction and it went amazing! Thank you Veronica and to the rest of the staff. As always our experience here was memorable!

All the staff were kind and my daughter was seen before her appointment time. We will be coming again and plan on switching for my son to come here as well.

Waste of time and will make you wait. Staff used to be nice but now it seems like no one cares anymore. Staff changes a lot and I think that speaks volumes.

This is a great place to go make an appointment. Go in seen really fast. You're out in and out in a jiffy. if you decide to stay a little bit longer which most of us like doing so there's games and a movie room. It keeps your kids active but under control having fun. All great dentist and staff. Best place in Killeen area.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office and would not recommend anyone to this facility. They turned me away twice even after I paid them.

Very fun and great environment for everyone! My kiddo and siblings were excited once they entered. All the staff is so amazing and sweet. Definitely recommend since they treat everyone so well!

When you walk into Rodeo Dental You are surprisingly already intrigued by the really clean cool theme for the children & smiling staff with great costumer service provided . Paper work for new patients is quick and easy . Shout out to Gregg Morrow for being so kind and funny and making the patients feel comfortable to be seen . Thank you Rodeo Dental ! ! !

Today my daughters and I had an appointment there for cleaning. It was our first visit and they are very friendly and there is games and a little movie room for the kids. I have never been to a dental office that had all of those things for a kids. You would see you're basic waiting rooms and little to nothing for the kids to stay occupied while they wait to be called. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

The entire staff was super nice, answering any questions and explaining the entire process. My kids were at ease which was awesome. Veronica and Dr. Wu were amazing. I decided to switch my care.

Truly love this place. .I was so nervous that my kids would freak out and they love love love coming to the dentist . Gregg morrow II RDA , was so patient during X-rays and made sure my kid felt comfortable. Veronica Malavet RDA , so sweet and informative, made the process super simple and easy . Allison Donnelly RDA , was super patient and made sure my kid was comfortable. Let him know what she was doing . Overall I'm so glad I found this place .

5 Stars for Allison Donnelly RDA who made my son feel safe during his silver crowning. The front desk however, need to remember that they work in a children's Dental clinic and to remain patient and have a positive attitude. Great experience! Such a fun place and so comfortable for my daughter! She loved Allison, she made her feel safe and not nervous - and I appreciate that so much because my daughter is terrified of the dentist! Thank you so much again!
