We waited an hour to see a dentist who came in for all of 5 minutes said she needed many sealants and a filling then left. We sat waiting not knowing if we were dismissed, very confusing. It was supposed to be her 6 month checkup/cleaning & they didn't even do the cleaning. Once I brought it up they said they could have someone stay over to do it, IF I REALLY WANTED the cleaning. They said because of the late appointment there wasn't time, but why even schedule the appointment that late if you know there won't be enough time? They're probably going to try and charge the cleaning to the insurance, too! Be careful, dental fraud is prominent in Houston.

My wife and I would have loved coming to this dental office as a kid for sure. The dental assistant Maria or "Mary" was wonderful. They take care of you and for a simple checkup for my 2 year old they made him feel like the center of everything. They take his picture (only for the clinics use and nothing else) for his profile and at the end of the appointment im guessing since it was his first time he got a little bundle (shirt, toothbrush, balloons, sugar free lollipops, and a PRINTED PICTURE of your sons profile picture with the phrase My first Rodeo. This dental office has exceeded all of my expectations and I for sure will keep my son coming here until teeth learn how to fix themselves i suggest everyone take their kids here. As for the very rare low reviews, I think they're nothing if not a gross exaggeration of what happened. Give them a shot you'll be impressed.

Dr. Petty was amazing! He is one of their oral surgeons. Very kind and nice. He was finished before I realized he started. I had to have an extraction and honestly there was no pain. Very professional and took the the time to calm my anxieties. His demeanor was just so kind and calming...cant say enough nice things about him!

The doctor was so nice when taking care of my 9 cavities. The process was fast, clean and gave great service. Will totally recommend others to visit :)

Trying to book an appointment with the orthodontist is such a hassle! You have to book almost a whole month before because he is only available 2-3 days out of the MONTH. Also, not sure what takes so long to be seen during an appointment. You will literally wait a whole hour+ before the dentist sees you .
