Initially, I did like their office, but after going there for a couple of years, I can say that they don't manage pain well and they're overwhelmed with patients. The dentist will be hopping around and leaving for up to half an hour at a time. One time I was there for FIVE hours! My jaw was hurting from being open so long, and I told them; they just dismissed me and said it was almost over. Other times I was clearly indicating that I was in pain and the doctor would say that "it's just pressure". No, it's not. It's pain.

Poor customer service I had to call me insurance while on the lobby to verify coverage cause she said her computer read it was not active till next year. Clearly a glitch. I had to tell her and call the 1800 # on back of insurance card handed it to her before she figured out she could call, verify this herself. Need more training Disappointed

I had a wonderful time at rodeo dental there service with front desk and doctors was immaculate the doctor I had was dr salman his dedication to his patents was phenomenal and the best part is the whole product of service and what they offer at rodeo dental

I love the young female Dentist in the Harlingen office. She is very professional and confident in her work and she takes the time to explain what she is doing every step of the way. She is definitely my favorite Dentist. Marrissa the dental assistant did a great job and she truly cares about the patient.

The staff in Harlingen is amazing, always going beyond job description!! I was stuck inside my car because of rain with my little ones, front desk staff got me an umbrella and went out in the massive rain for us, got my girls and I one by one. I was so grateful! they didn't have to do it but they did and it shows how compromised they are with excellent service and empathy for their patients. Also Sophie and Dr. Kim, very informative and fast service Thank you again.
